Worst experience ever .. the staff are really being rude and not asking any requirements of yours for hair cut specially .. and just done hair cut in 3 minutes max and it is very well known while getting done itself that it is going wrong .. this is the first time and last time for great clips i guess .. such a bad experience with hair cut and service.

I should have asked for her name, but whoever just cut my hair @ the Hampden location today around 5pm on 8/20/25. She did the absolute best haircut I have received from this location. She spent so much time making sure it was right and even the first time, she was extremely thorough and very gentle while being very efficient and fast. Best haircut experience I have had in idk how long. Thank you will be back again.

They worked the kinks out of the online check-ins. You get a slightly different haircut depending on the person. But they are usually good. And they keep notes so you don’t have to remember too much.

I thought the place was great for the price. I reserved a spot ahead of time and walked right in. Was out in 15 minutes.
Nothing fancy but it's clean and they're friendly for ~$20 haircut and getting done in ~15 minutes.

I recently stopped by for a quick haircut and was very pleased how Jacinta, i believe; took very good care of me. She was very accurate and on point with exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it! She also double checked to make sure that i was satisfied with my services and to me that speaks volumes!

I visited Great Clips in Aurora, CO, arriving at 6:00 PM, an hour before their posted closing time of 7:00 PM. Despite this, the stylist appeared more focused on closing up than providing quality service. She seemed rushed and inattentive, cutting my hair differently than I requested. When I tried to explain my desired style, she barely listened and proceeded with her own approach. It was evident that her primary concern was finishing quickly rather than ensuring customer satisfaction.
This experience aligns with other customer reviews at this location, where staff have been reported to rush through haircuts and prioritize closing over customer care.
I understand that everyone looks forward to the end of their workday, but when a business advertises specific hours, customers should be able to rely on receiving full service during that time frame. The lack of attention to detail and the hurried nature of the service were unacceptable.
I hope this feedback encourages the management at Great Clips Aurora to address these issues. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to receive the services they pay for, regardless of the time of day.
