The staff was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the haircut didn’t turn out as I’d hoped. The stylist seemed unfamiliar with proper layering techniques and chopped my hair in rough, uneven sections without a clean shape. Some strands were missed entirely, and the finish lacks the neat, fresh look I’ve had from other stylists. From a distance it’s fine, but up close it looks uneven, almost like a rushed at-home cut.

When I first moved to town, I started coming here on a semi regular basis. Never really had any issues and the people working there were nice and did a good job. However, recently my work schedule has changed and I work decently late during the days. There have been several times where I’ve tried to get my haircut before seven and the store is already closed or they tell me they can’t take me because it’s too close to seven. However, when I go to the location down the street they tell me the store policy is to stay openright until the clock hit 7 PM. So unfortunately, I’ve had to miss out on haircuts or scramble last minute to go to the other location when they still can take me. I don’t understand why this location is constantly closing doors early and missing out on business. Now I just have to go to the one further away from me because they are more reliable.

Friendly visit. Lots of laughs. Explained briefly what I wanted and left the rest to to her. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. I’m very happy with her decision I love my hair.

Interesting. Asked for my address first- not sure why. Argumentative. Hope they don't try n scope me out. (I was polite, shouldn't be happening). I went in with a pic and pretty good explanation of what i wanted. During the (dry) cut (without asking if I wanted a wash or possibly explaining a wash might be needed- anyways)- they explained how their 30 yrs of experience was so important that it must have presumably explained away my knowledge of the chemically induced damage my hair had went through previously (not by them) and previous bad hair salon experiences. Regardless of that, the biggest kick out of all this is how after re-explaining 3-4 times how I wanted my face framed- now that I'm home and playing with my hair, it appears they went on to cut one side (more in tune with what I wanted but honestly not exactly what I wanted and left the other side longer. I have, btw, have had my hair cut in this type of style I wanted before) AND, lol, the length was a point that they were so happy to make about how, upon arrival, my hair in the back was longer on one side than the other. I had no clue, but for someone to use their 30 yrs of experience as basically the only point of reference as to why I should trust them- I'd think that if they pointed out the length difference, that they'd not mess that up, too.
Lately, it seems that hair stylists are giving bad hair cuts on purpose to MAKE clients come back to either take advantage of the fact that, yes, most salons offer to fix it within a certain time frame. But honestly, that shouldn't have to happen every time I go in for a hair cut with pics, an explanation, and pretty simple hair cut request. This was no complex hair style I was asking for.
I am aware that my hair texture is slightly differently being biracial so I make it a point to explain a few things bc I understand some people Bwahaha especially with little experince- might not know a few things- but they're screaming 30 30 30 (yrs of experience), well alright cool. And it wasn't.
Anyways, I've literally only ever complained twice about a company online. I prefer to either speak with the manager or work it out face to face. But it seems like this is how people do things. Complain online and shame them.
Here yall go
Won't go back.
At least not to them anyways.
To the other stylists there, i think there was one I'd went to before and they did fine. They werent one of my previous bad experiences.

Received a great haircut from Andrea! Reasonable price, used the online check-in feature to queue my spot in line after I left my work at 6pm. Shop wasn't too busy, very smooth and convenient process. Would definitely come back again! Thanks so much for the great experience!

As I was in waiting for my turn there’s two little boys I say about 4 years old , but watching the styles cut the kids hair. I’m astonished that they answer any questions ask and are very good with them they listen to kids and honestly this one of good salons with little kids.

Who is this woman Linda? She is freaking amazing! Ive been super nervous to go to any Great Clips after having a bad experience in the past but let me say Linda did an amazing job! She took her time listening to what i wanted and my hair hasn't felt or looked better. Highly recommend her.

Highly recommend not going here . I checked in online , walked thru the doors , my mom got sat in the seat and the lady going to cut her hair said " are you busy busy? Cause I have this guy who checked in before yiu that I need to cut" I get it he checked in before us , we also got there before him ! We went to restroom , Got sat in the chair and even started to get hair sprayed before he even walked through the door. That was just straight out rude!

I was actually very excited to come here and get a long Bob something a little more manageable because I was going to have surgery on my head and kidney I did some research and was excited to come here, not only because of the reviews I read about the employees here and how amazing they did, but it was also close to my house so I’d be able to come back if I enjoyed my haircut like everybody else did in the reviews when I got there, the woman who cut my hair was being very impatient and rude to my daughter, who just followed directions when the woman asked her to sit in a specific chair and then told her to get up and move to another chair so she proceeded to act like she was extremely overwhelmed after the task of asking my 12-year-old daughter to move from one chair to another like my daughter was being uncompliant, which was the complete opposite she’s actually sat there quietly during my whole interaction with the person who was cutting my hair. When I proceeded to show her my reference photo, she didn’t even look at it and just continue to do what she wanted to. I tried to have small talk with her and she was very snooty and short with me when she was finished she held the mirror so I could kinda look at the back of my hair and said now you can go and give me one of those great reviews you read about a very cocky tone, my initial reaction was shock. She didn’t dry it like I asked her to. I wasn’t able to see the exact haircut until I was able to get home and dry it, and realize that it was longer on one side than the other and was way shorter than I asked her to cut it which made me really sad. I will not recommend this place to anybody and I will not be returning.
