Terrible office. My primary care left without anyone notifying me, and now that I need my prescriptions refilled I need to have a change of primary care. The soonest they had was December 22nd. It was October 20th when I ran out of medication. It's finally November 1st and they refilled my prescriptions... But sent my asthma medication to a pharmacy over 400 miles away and now it's saying I have to wait til January to get my prescription filled. I'll literally die before then. Thanks for nothing Dr Ahmadi, I'll be going to an emergency room now and sending yall the bill for it.

Horrible service . waited over 2 hours in waiting room for every patient who came in AFTER me to get taken care of first because their reason of being in were more “urgent” than mine . Very poor service

While the office and staff seemed fine; I highly advise NOT choosing Dr. Ahmadi. He rushed my initial and awkward visit; didn't really listen to my concerns and never followed up with me with my results. I recently sent numerous messages asking about a medication and a week later heard back that I'd need to visit, for the money he'd collect no doubt. Go with a different physician here.

This is formerly Green Valley Ranch Medical Clinic/Urgent Care so BEWARE....They got bought by UCHealth....the same terrible receptionists that are two female Spanish chicks that will NOT return phone calls or answer phones, will NOT get their butts out of chairs to open the door to the back for a patient ( they sit there gossiping and use a CRUTCH to open the latch!!! ), they have been called multiple times for results and information IMPERATIVE to my health and they have NOT CALLED BACK!!! They speak about patients in Spanish thinking others do not understand??? These two females should be fired....do NOT GO HERE!!!

Angela Bryant was great as my doctor but the people who answer the phone are completely irresponsible. They don’t want to take any accountability and now have kicked me out of their clinic. I called and left several voicemails telling them I needed to reschedule appointments and they never called me back and after the 2nd what they want to call “no show” they kicked me out of their clinic because they didn’t want to admit their fault. I don’t have a doctor because of them and they wouldn’t even let me leave a voicemail for her.Update:After much persistence, and 3 people calling them everyday, they finally agreed to give me my doctor back and let me back into their clinic.Another update: Sadly, the same thing started happening, I tried several times to get a very important inhaler refilled for my asthma for over 3 weeks, I was completely out of my inhaler and was having severe breathing problems, I never heard back from the office so I had no choice but to find another doctor and doctors office. I am very sad because I love Angela but I can’t go without my medication, her office staff are incompetent.

I have been seeing Dr. Obinnah for over 15 yrs and can't praise him enough. He takes the time to listen and gives you as much time as you need. He is extremely personable and professional. I love his office staff as well.

The. Staff is so nice and friendly with you.If there is a issue with you are your medicine they will take care of it right away the staff is very understanding. And the Dr. I see now Angela she is the best right up there with Dr. Obinnea. Thank You all for being the best

I needed an appointment right away and called 9 times on a Friday. I did not leave a message because I have in the past and I have NEVER gotten a call back. When I did get an appointment there were signs everywhere that masks are required and the two girls at the front desk were not wearing masks! I was shocked. The only reason I keep coming back to this office is my doctor/PA. She is awesome and provides excellent care. Thanks Angela!

They don't care about the patient's needs. I am trying to apply for VA disability and GVR medical refuses to let me have my own medical records or to send them to the VA. My other doctor did it in less than an hour with no problem.
