The manager Leighton is top notch. I got a perfect, clean unit in a killer facility right near my apartment. I even got to use their truck for free saving me $100 and making hauling my bed SO much easier.

Been using this green box for years and it has always been great. The staff is always nice, and helpfull. When an auto pay didn't go through due to a banking error, they waived the late fee and setup it up with no problem when I got a new card.The facility is clean and well lit. I never feel unsafe at night as a single lady. The ambient temperature is always consistently cool too. Even in the summer! Puts my mind at ease for my vintage clothes and antiques I have stored there. Prices are very competitive and many units are a steal considering other places.I highly recommend it for a centrally located, close to the highway storage spot.

I had a great experience at Greenbox Self Storage last week. I had never before rented a storage unit so this was a first time for me and I was very pleased with the warm service I received from both Donna and Charlotte onsite as well as Steve who I spoke with earlier that same day on the phone (who is based at a different location). Seriously everyone was so kind and helpful and made a stressful situation for me a little bit easier. Thank you to the wonderful team at Greenbox. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Donna. They showed me some of the units available in the size I was looking at. First time looking at a storage unit facility and will definitely be choosing this place. The facility was super clean and am thrilled about all the security that this place has.

Really helped me when I moved out of my last apartment, had to downsize to a smaller studio. I got a perfect sized unit for my needs, fit everything I had. The app really did let me visualize the space I was getting, and let me maximize what I got.

I went into the Delgany store and I was greeted by the two employees, Donna and Charlotte I wanted some pricing and they went above and beyond they showed me some units gave me the prices went over everything I need to know. I was impressed with how clean the place was. Great customer service.

This was the best experience I've had with a storage facility. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Layton who helped solve my issue. The facility is clean, safe, and very easy to access at all times of day. This was exactly what I was looking for and 10/10 would recommend!

This has been one of the best storage units I’ve ever utilized before. The manager, Stephen, did an awesome job at making my multiple moves as smooth as could be and always kept me in the loop on changes, if any. The facilities are kept very clean and secure at all times and have some of the most reasonable pricing for the downtown area. Thanks for everything and I’ll definitely look at you first for my storage needs in the future.

Hands down the nicest experience I’ve had at a storage facility. The staff is, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful, especially Stephen. Their units are well built, clean and easily accessible. All the while using renewable energy which is key these days. I highly recommend!
