It’s expensive, and there are no security gates, so it’s not safe. My car was stolen last week. Many of the residents are unpleasant people. The gym is small, and even the pool is small. The manager is a bad person but the staff are good. It looked good on the first day, but after that, it turned out to be a Karen.

Came and toured, was strongly thinking about renting until we came back to our car (which was in future resident parking) and had a warning for parking with no pass - which wouldnt be such a big deal if the warning wasnt a massive sticker on my windshield that has been an absolute pain to remove. Still have adhesive stuck on my car almost a month later after scraping using goo gone and washing my car

We went on a tour with Dany. He was fantastic and really gave us a good look into the complex. He was friendly, informative, and really knew his stuff regarding the property. When a management company has passionate people working for them, it's always a good sign for me. I would recommend speaking with Dany if your interested in renting here. All of the apartments, regardless of trim, we're near, well designed, well appointed, and lush.

We loved living in Denver at Griffis Belleview Station.
This apartment complex is comfortable, well-kept, quiet considering location, and overall a great place to live.
I couldn’t recommend them enough, as every worry/question/task we needed help with was answered promptly and professionally. From the maintenance crew to those in the leasing office, they always welcome you and never make you feel bad for wanting help.

We have lived here for three years and the staff is always attentive and professional. The maintenence team is so kind and prompt. Amenities are always well maintained and the front office is constant and clear.

Dani in the leasing office is so helpful and kind and that has been throughout our entire stay! Juan and the rest of the maintenance staff are so friendly and quick to help with any issues that come up! I highly recommend and the area is beautiful

$1800 is insane for a one bedroom. Ordinary people cannot pay these prices. I visited the leasing office and they were super nice but I was not impressed, this place is not affordable. If you live with a partner, sure.

My dog and I lived here for about a year and a half and had a really great experience! I loved my 1 bedroom apartment. It was spacious with a lot of light, and the community was always well taken care of. Also, the entire staff (office and maintenance) is so friendly, helpful, and patient. Highly recommend!

We love Griffis Belleview! We have lived here for over 2 years. Donya and Danny are extremely kind and helpful. The maintenance crew is great and completes requests in a timely manner. It is a very safe community. We highly reccomended Griffis!

Been Living @ Griffis Belleview Station for over a year now. I love that it is quiet-unlike other areas. It's a quick 15 minute walk to the light rail, and local eateries + shops. All the amenities are great as well. They also just completed a beautiful trail behind the apartments too! I plan on moving out of state once my second lease is up, but just thinking about how it would be is kind of dreadful because Griffis has been so good to me .
My only complaints : The only service I really wish I didn't have to pay for is Fetch. I used the service for the first week I moved in, last year but quickly after some of my packages went missing on top of the Fetch facility having no concise drop off point so it was a nightmare and I stopped using Fetch immediately but it is still a service we have to pay for. I can say I've taken the risk of normally delivery and have had zero issues. I wish there was a way to opt out.
Sometimes there are sketchy people around when it gets colder, just because we are so close to the light rail so don't leave anything in your car.
Maybe if their was more of a patrol presence at night there would not be much/if any car break in's. I can say That I've been here for over a year and only seen a security car one time patrolling.
