This review is for the maintenence team and Jayson M. Maintenence has always been amazing at what they do and their timeliness is everything, morning and evening!!! During the preventative maintenence timeframe Jayson was able to alleviate issues with my fridge, closet, and dryer all within the same day! Amazing work!!!

The leasing agent made the process very easy, she did a great job making a virtual tour and explaining everyhing to us. The common areas are well mantained, clean and the people at the office are very helpful. The location is great if you are new to Denver.

My partner and I moved in a few days ago and we’ve been having the most amazing moving experience so far. Our leasing agent Juna is extremely helpful and I will recommend her to everyone. She’s kind, honest and wants to actually help you find a home with everything you’re looking for in your price range. She listened to all our opinions/questions/concerns and had helpful answers for everything. We applied the day after touring and were approved less than 12 hours later. The apartment has a free dolly you can use, and elevators which has made moving a breeze. The best part is the office has a crazy cool coffee machine you can use at any time for free as long as you bring your own cup! The grounds are beautiful. It feels like you’re in your own private oasis outside of the city. If you’re thinking about getting an apartment here, I definitely recommend.

Maintenance guys are nice and I like the location, but always check your rent bill for any unrecognized charges. And you will sometimes get incorrect or conflicting information from office staff, so be sure to talk to multiple people to verify important things.
Walls, floors and ceilings are PAPER THIN... so I can hear my neighbors dog barking, howling, jumping, running... and their owner yelling at them all through the day and night. I work from home and the noise causes constant disturbances all day long. And my dogs wake up at night and pace because they hear the noise even at say 1:36 in the morning on weekdays. Hoping they train their dog or leave... but you can't help who your neighbors are sometimes.
*Maintenance guys are so nice and helpful- Jason and Dave went above and beyond to help with repairs they were authorized to make and were so friendly. Best maintenance team I've had at any place!

This by far was the best experience I ever had with finding a new place! Let’s start from the beginning, from the outside it’s so pretty and then from the moment you walk in, OH MY GOSH, talk about beautiful and classy, so upscale and smelt so lovely, everything was so clean so modern and chic, I was blown away at just the cleanliness and lovely feeling it gave! This was so pleasant and then I met Juna and she is beautiful she is sweet and so professional, the tour was so thorough very professional and the grounds of this place are so highly kept and beautiful ugh I can go on and on and on about this place. Can’t wait till we move in I would recommend this place for everyone

We recently moved in and there were a few small items that needed to be fixed in our apartment. Jason came by and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was communicative during the process of scheduling and very polite. Thanks Jason!

My experience with the Griffis Cherry Creek’s process from tour, to signing the lease, to move in has been absolutely wonderful and easy to manage with a very hectic schedule. This has been in big part to their leasing agent, Sarah O, helping me through it! She has been extremely kind, communicative, and understanding. Their team in the leasing office is great, and has made me excited to join this community!

Lived here 2022-2023
Fairly new building so apartment was in good condition
Amenities are nice and staff was friendly and accommodating and courteous.
They didn’t not try to rip me off on my deposit.
Sound proofing was good between apartments. Never heard noise from neighbors
Fridge broke and maintenance took a while to come fix it. Maintenance also came into my apt several times without asking and didn’t properly clean up. Left dirt tracks and water on my shower curtain that turned into mold.
I lived on the top floor and the heat was insane. Never used heat during the winter due to it rising from lower apts. A/C could not cool the apartment during summer evening running constantly
They also shut the water off literally once a month for an entire day, sometimes more. This happpened at least 10 times.

We have been living at Griffis for a little over two months and overall it’s been a nice experience. When we first moved in I had a few maintenance requests and they were all completed that same day. I was not expecting that at all. The groundskeepers are all amazing and keep the community looking excellent. There is a nice gym with all new equipment. Juna has been incredibly helpful anytime we have a question or concern. We are on the floor that faces the courtyard and this is my favorite thing about living here. It’s so beautiful and relaxing with flowers and trees right outside our windows.
Update: I guess Griffis does offer recycling. I deleted my original post about that. I’m glad this is an option for residents.

Living at Griffis Cherry Creek has been a comforting experience during a transitional time while my home was being remodeled.
I especially want to recognize Juna, the Assistant Manager, whose compassion and responsiveness have made all the difference. Anytime I’ve raised a concern, Juna has been quick to act, always following up to ensure everything was resolved. Just the other day, I mentioned something to her and within moments, she was walking across the garden terrace to address it personally. That kind of care and attentiveness is rare, and it’s one of the main reasons I feel safe and truly taken care of here.
The amenities have also made my stay enjoyable and productive. I frequently use the internet café—it’s a quiet, private space that’s perfect for conference calls and remote work. I also enjoy the peach tree outside my apartment and seeing the vibrant flowers attract pollinators and birds, creating a tranquil oasis.
I’m grateful for the experience and especially for Juna, whose dedication truly shines.

Not a good property! Not luxurious at all! They make you think it’s a luxury property by showing you amenities but it’s anything but luxurious! I regret renting from here and wish I hadn’t. For the price you can definitely look elsewhere and get something much better! Between residents propping doors open, writing on handrails and graffiti on electrical boxes, it’s not worth it. Dogs pee in the halls and there’s no cameras so no one can prove where it’s coming from. Residents speak rudely on the resident portal about dogs, instead of the property manager sending out messages to residents. Not happy at all and I will make sure anyone renting knows the truth about this community

I’d like to start by saying this complex has Cherry Creek in its name — but it definitely doesn’t live up to that standard.
The elevators are incredibly slow, and some have been out of service for months, forcing tenants to use inconvenient routes. The trash chutes aren’t all functional either, so you’re often stuck walking to the opposite side of the building just to throw something away.
Water usage is divided among all tenants, which would be fine — except there’s been ongoing water leakage in the garage for months. That wasted water? We’re paying for it. To make it worse, the complex also runs irrigation over areas with just rocks and electrical panels — a completely unnecessary expense that’s also passed on to tenants.
The exterior of the property is dirty and poorly maintained. It’s not uncommon to see homeless individuals sleeping on the back staircases, leaving behind trash and clothing. There’s graffiti on the handrails that’s been there for months and still hasn’t been covered up. A daily walk-through of the property should be a basic standard — but it clearly isn’t happening.
As for the residents, many feel entitled, walking around with unleashed dogs and making excessive noise without regard for others. Dog poop is left behind regularly, cigarette butts litter the dog park, and the trash bins are frequently overflowing.
Package theft is a constant issue, and deliveries are rarely placed where they should be. The ButterflyMX app (which controls building access) works inconsistently, which is a serious security concern — especially if someone forgets their key or needs to let a guest in.
Despite having a gated garage, car break-ins have occurred multiple times. It’s unclear how unauthorized individuals are gaining access, but it keeps happening. Not to mention the numerous amount of cars without parking permits are still parking taking up resident spaces
Final Thoughts
This complex has potential, but right now it's mismanaged and overpriced for what you're actually getting. If you value safety, cleanliness, and functional amenities — I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
