Do you need a new card? wait two weeks for them to ship it to you. Need to access your account? wait for them to randomly lock out your account and change your password. Need to transfer funds to another institution? sorry you need to use a 3rd party app to do that. Need to do anything bank-related at all? Enjoy spending 40 minutes with the slowest staff ever!

Showed up with a check from a client, wouldn't deposit it said it had no name just a signature. Acct. # was on it from a major bank. Heaven forbid you call the bank with the account number.Called the client who wrote the check and she said never once have her checks been a problem.In good news as I was leaving the teller was nice enough to let me know my account was running low and if and when I could cash it there would be a hold due to low balance.Customer service at it's finest. Go elsewhere. Unbelievable, been there for over 3 years...

Their app is trash, no local atms, they purposefully screw with your account to cause overdrafts despite being signed up for their "protection", there only seems to be two friggin locations and I'm tired of getting calls about applying for loans that I don't want or need. I'll be getting my money into a less b.s. bank.

Came to open a new small business account for a check. I was told that it will be a hold on it for two days and I was okay with that. After two hours of opening the account and they deposit the check they come back and there’s a 15 day hold because of the new account. After they told me it would be a 2 day hold if I open a account with them. Now I can’t take the check somewhere else because they stamped the check. It’s not good to lie to get customers.

Worst service i have ever received at a bank on Monday morning. The snobby teller told me she was placing hold on my money due to low balance. Hello- covid happened and changed peoples habits. I moved 40k through that account in the previous year. This bank should be grateful for any amount their members have in it. I will pull everything asap and close account for her remarks and this treatment. There are plenty of other options and you're better off with a big brand like Chase. Dont deal with IB's pettiness. Guarantee was better service before this rebranding.

terrible bank! don't go this bank. they are crazy to take over draft fee from clients. there is no clients care in this bank. we understood why many of this bank branches are closing.

They checked everything they could just not to pay me, I'M JUST Trying to get my money. Go to a better bank if you want good service like Welds fargo!!!
