This store is great and has a ton of stuff usually in stock. Shawn helped me with my bag purchase and his help and knowledge was more than exceptional. The amount of care and hospitality that Shawn and his colleague showed me was above and beyond. I will try to always shop with Shawn when making a purchase at Gucci!

Took a damaged wallet to the store and Jose De La Torre helped me with it, managing to get me credit for a brand new wallet!! All this in just few days after I left mine in the store. I’m very grateful with him for such an excelente costumer service he offered! Thank you Jose!!
