Honestly, pretty disappointed in the fact that they don't disclose you need 24HR notice in order to reschedule your piano lesson. I had some health issues come up and I thought I was waiting to reschedule the rest of my sessions, turns out I was just missing them. No one reaches out to you if you miss a session. They just bill you and take your money. I paid 300 dollars to literally have 2 lessons.

I went to buy a new Taylor and I was told someone would come help unlock them for me. I waited 30 minutes in the back room and went to the desk and asked again then asked another employee who told me he didn’t have keys….I was going to buy a hand drum too, but no one would help me. After about 40 minute of zero help I just left. Lost at least $2K of business and I’ll never go back to this store. Might not have been the staff’s fault that only one employee has keys, but it was pathetic that I had to wait that long. I could’ve gotten something off Marketplace quicker.

Understaffed, not enough assistance available, store was messy and unorganized

The employees are always a delight to be around. Every time I've had some maintenance done on a guitar, they get it done in a decent amount of time and always notify me if there is something else wrong or if a replacement I asked for isn't needed, like if the nut was the same material as what is already installed etc.

Do not order for 2 hour pickup. 2 hour pickup does not exist here. What they should say is 2 days - 2 weeks to arrive. Don't waste your time here. Order to your house.

The staff members here are kind and they treat me well but I don’t have a great experience shopping here because the store has a lot of products that I don’t want but none or the products that I actually want. More often when I come here I find myself having to make a choice of compromising and getting a thing I don’t really want today, or waiting for Amazon to deliver it later in the week, and well, the more expensive the thing is, like a guitar or amp or piece of tech, then the more likely I’m going to order it from Amazon because I don’t want to compromise on a piece of gear, and I don’t see the point ordering it online from guitar center when I could have just as easily ordered it from Amazon.It just doesn’t make sense to have a store full of everyone’s second choice.
