I made a same day appointment and got Sean. He was amazing. Great pressure and strong hands. Wonderful technique. He even gave me a recommendation for a restaurant that I ended up having lunch at and it was delicious! Thank you Sean I will be back next time I'm in Denver. You're the best!

Randy R “Romeo” was the best and I highly recommend. For most of my life, I’ve never been able to get that firm of a massage as most in the past have fatigued or were less developed with hand strength. For the first time, I had a massage - I almost fell asleep I was that euphoric. Great place and awesome service!

Edit:
The business responded below as if they were going to resolve the issue. I reached out. They didn't respond. This appears to be 'review washing' and I have adjusted my original review to reflect that. Unfortunately my review is based on the corporate policies and not the therapists. I hope they can find more supportive employers elsewhere. Very disappointing. I would happily support these therapists at a different spa. Hand and Stone is a scam.
My husband and I were members here for 3 years. I only came here to say that while the massage services we recieved during our membership were lovely, the membership itself was a waste of money. When it came time to cancel because we moved, they made it so difficult and we ended up losing a lot of money in unused credits we were unable to redeem or transfer. It is just like everyone's cliche 'quitting the gym' story. It is sad to write because the front desk staff and massage therapists are very friendly and dedicated, I just ended up leaving with a sour taste in my mouth and would just never recommend this company to anyone due to their difficult and unfriendly policies.

My manager had me get my treatment owed to me before she fired me. It was ok. There is no transparency in what you get paid for add ons like aromatherapy couples massage, deep tissue. Different people make different amounts. Scheduling is done by seniority, so once LOYAL people, meaning they don’t work for themselves outside of work or for anyone else, once the loyal people are booked you’ll get the overflow. They should be clear about their seniority practices when hiring you. They should be able to give you a sheet of payment for add ons when you’re hired. There should be more transparency and consistency amongst staff. If you have been there one month or one year or two it doesn’t give you a pass to treat new people like dirt. God bless you.

Even if there’s availability, they don’t do anything more than an hour massage on the weekends.
Bizarre.

I went into this place for my first ever professional massage. I got an intro package for a swedish massage and an additional add on for a lymphatic drainage. Going in, I wasn’t asked any questions on how I might like my experience, they kind of just told me “undress to comfort level,” came back, and just started. No talk about what they will be doing. I had mixed reviews on if lymphatic drainage should be painful, and from my understanding it should not be. Neither the swedish or lymphatic drainage should be. However, it was very painful. Since it was first massage, I wasn’t sure how it should feel. Afterwards, I know now that it should not have been as painful as it was. I would just ask that these masseuses communicate more, make sure I know what i’m getting into, and be a little more welcoming.

Live close by and went for a birthday couples massage. Check in was seamless and informative. Sean and Veronica were both excellent! Sean found knots I didn’t even know I had and worked them out! I feel 3 inches taller and flexible. Will definitely be making this a habit.

The promotions are quite hilarious. Nothing like jacking up the price then giving the BIG percentage discount. No idea if they are good or not... Didnt get the chance with the pricing shenanigans. Went elsewhere.

My card was charged and they won't refund my money back even when both bookings used the same Voucher number. It was clearly a double booking. They just said we sent you emails for the notice, well guess what? I get emails from you more than twice everyday! I did not even subscribe to your promotions. And when i hit unsubscribe, i still get emails the following day! Marissa, the CS who answered my call, said that the manager (Summer) cannot refund, maybe only half of it. Whatduh? I worked in a customer service industry for more than 10 years! Customer service of this branch sucks!

I came to this location for a bday treat and unfortunately the day got off to a bad start. I could not find parking and Marissa (front desk reception) was so kind that she stayed on the phone until I found the parking garage and the locale. Also, my sciatica was triggered during the massage and Marissa assisted me in grand ways to help me with the pain. She is A STAR employee and deserves everything beautiful in life. I am so glad I stopped by this Hand and Stone during my time in Denver! A++

This was my first time to a hand and stone location. Edgar was very polite, listened and worked on the areas that I wanted extra attention on. Because of his knowledge and attention to detail, is the reason I signed up for the membership and wanting to come back. It’s been difficult finding a massage therapist who actually focuses on what the client needs and I’m glad I was able to have Edgar work on my achy areas.
