If i could rate this spa at a 0 I would. I've had a membership many years. I learned by my bank statement that my rate increased from $50 to $89 a month. When I inquired I was told notifications were sent out in February, however, I never received this disclosure. When I called and spoke to the \\\"manager\\\" Michelle I was appalled at her utter lack of professionalism. She wasn't concerned about making the situation right rather came on the phone with her guns drawn ready to defend. After asking for the email to be resent to me she hung up on me. When I tried to call back she would pick up the phone and hang up. She did this 3 times...yes THREE times. I have to think if the owner of the spa knew this behavior was happening from a \\\"manager\\\" they wouldn't be happy. The lack of customer service she displayed was incredible. Michelle, you should really take a closer look at your customer service. If you have a choice I would spend your money at different spa who values their customers.

I love this location and I can’t say enough about CJ! He’s “all in” when it comes to finding/working on your tightest muscles! You’ll leave with better posture and an appreciation for a true massage artist.

Went to get a facial and the aesthetician conducted extractions, which I have been getting for the past few years. The aesthetician was too aggressive and left scarring on my face, which is not gone after four months. On a separate occasion and aesthetician caused a massive break out on my face. It seems like the employees here are not fully trained. I also tried to call management and she blamed that the working class is not the brightest, but it does not seem like a reasonable explanation for licensed individuals. Please don’t go to hand and stone if you care for your skin because they will not help you if something goes wrong. It was very frustrating to have repeated issues and no solutions.

The couples massage was decent. However, we were then tricked into signing up for the membership and told we could cancel at any time. This was false information. I have been unable to cancel my membership for almost 2 months now despite filling out the contact form online for termination and calling the location. I was only sent a termination form weeks after my initial request and the form is blank without any of the pertinent information on it. Even after calling to request a new form, I am sent the same empty termination form again. Unprofessional behavior, untimely service, and very poor customer care. Would not recommend as the values of hand and stone are to continue charging your account as long as possible, while ignoring your requests and lying about their policies.

I just experienced a facial with Jennifer and it was fantastic! She’s very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I feel clean and relaxed and my skin is glowing. Looking forward to my next visit!

I went and got a facial as a treat to myself and had a great experience. I upgraded for $20 to the deluxe facial. The esthetician, Jen, was super thorough with getting out some very stubborn blackheads. The steam, massage, and great smelling products made it feel very relaxing. My favorite product was a pumpkin enzyme mask that tingled and smelled incredible. I decided afterwards to sign up for the monthly subscription that is $70/month and got a massive bag of free samples of dermalogica products. It's been a day since the facial and this is the softest my skin has felt in 10 years. I'm very excited to book my next appointment!

I've been coming to hand and stone for years. I was fortunate to take advantage of a last minute opening with UNIQUE and I have to say, she is a truly skilled massage therapist. I know I'm not the only one who thinks so!!

I worked for this company for over 4 years. At first this company seemed great, the management was good and people were honest. I then went thru 4 management changes in 4 years. There were countless times were people quit for being paid the incorrect amount, and I myself had a year period of being paid an amount less than I was told I was.Furthermore, they pay you by the service, not the hour, so you'll have a bunch of extra duties and work they you have to do for zero money. I consistently worked 23-28 hours to only be paid for 18-20hours. As of now they pay a bonus to new employees, yet never try to pay their seasoned employees with any bonuses or incentives.We went over 2 years without a proper computer to do notes on, and their wifi is so bad, that half the time my mobile app refused to work. In general, the put profits over their employees time and time again. They are nothing more than a corporate nightmare trying to pass as a spa.

Misa is the most helpful front desk woman I have spoken to in a long time. The spa is so convenient and relaxing and I highly recommend Ken Sanchez as the best massage therapist I have experienced and she helped suggest him for my needs. Thank you. Definitely worth the money for an amazing quality massage that will change your life.

This isn't a place for the faint of heart. Don't go here if you want relaxation. My husband has been here twice and both times left in a lot of pain that lasts for a few days. I had one that was a little lighter but still have a lot of upper back pain the next day.If you want a deep massage, which some people like, go here. But for a soothing time, this probably isnt it.

I originally cancelled my subscription because I could never get in at a reasonable time, even a week out. I found out they had been billing me for months. Which is ok.. I had credits at least. But when I came back, I again had a difficult time getting in. Then, they cancelled my appointment. When they rescheduled me again, they lost the appointment... Front desk seems unorganized.

The most pathetic place to get your massage done i was on membership where they never told me I will be charged for 3 month straight.I tried to call and cancle my membership i been calling since December and they charge me till January they never told me about it when I was purchasing membership, the most rude manager when I called she said she cant do anything and have the rest of the day if you can't train your employee properly do not hire them and the most terrible pathetic company they have an option for enquire but they will never going to reply , bdaciallt yoy are stuck with them I have made biggest mistake taking service for them.please do not waste your money to such pathetic place !!!!!! And train you employee properly no one get free service where they can be RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER I REQUEST PLEASE THEY ARE SCAMMER DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I booked an appointment last month for a massage and it was the worst. In addition I called to cancel my appointment same day this month and in this day of covid they still are charging a cancellation fee. Then the receptionist accused me of cancelling on them before, when I have always shown up for my appointments. Then she realized she made a mistake and they had cancelled on me one time. It was very unprofessional. Absolutely not worth the money.
