My wife and I go for old people fitness training through Denver Recreation and love it. I just had my hip replaced and this is a lot better than going to the physical therapist provided by my insurance. Highly recommended.

Weight room is tiny but clean and all the staff + regulars are friendly. Been to a few city rec centers and this is the most pleasant one to be in. Would love if it was open a few more hours
