This practice is so wonderful and supportive especially during pregnancies and postpartum. Regina is magical and alleviated my round ligament pain in my 3rd trimester. She and Kayla provide amazing massages including deep pressure if that’s your preference. I recommend them to every expecting mama I know.

The absolute best massage, especially if you are pregnant. Regina’s knowledge and passion for what she does is evident in the incredible practice she has created. They have taken every precaution in COVID times, and I feel safe and comfortable going there during my 8th month of pregnancy.

We offer female-centered physical therapy, prenatal massage, and corrective bodywork. We strive to free developed strain patterns that are specific to female body functions, systems, and traumas. We passionately support healthy and normal physiologic childbirth, here we work to unwind soft tissue restrictions that can lead to unnecessary interventions or disrupt normal physiologic childbirth. Our training allows us to guide our clients uniquely and therapeutically through pregnancy, postpartum, or toward their best health. While a specific pronoun is used in our name, this is a safe and respectful place for transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals.
