Getting the rental was quick. The people at the counter will NOT help you with any customer service actions on your account, even if there's no line. Just be prepared for that if you're having account issues. Getting the car and turning in was quick and easy!

Got off shuttle walked to the car and left.
I returned the car and got on the shuttle and didn't have to speak to anyone.
Everything was as it was advertised.
