Like so many other reviews that I should have read before making the reservation, they did not have ANY vehicles available at my reservation start time. I had to wait three hours, and was late to a wedding as a result.

The clerk was very rude. Didn’t look up, didn’t say hi we were the only customers there. When we asked a question he said you don’t need to know that yet. Unpleasant experience.

This location was very quick to check out a car and the return was even quicker, I was in and out in under 10 minutes, with everything explained fully for my bill, no surprises!

The man (at the front counter) who helped us was very professional. Suggested a fantastic breakfast place that didn't disappoint. Made the checking-in and out process very easy. Would recommend getting a rental from them. Saved money getting from them and not the rental places right by the airport.

Rude service...asks me why I don't want a hybrid - then says you don't care about the environment. Look buddy I'm heading into the mountains and don't want any issues getting up there safely. Not that that is any of your business unless your paying for my rental!
Rude guy working here, I do not recommend this location!

I reserved a vehicle over a month in advanced. Less than 24 hours before my reservation I get a phone call from Hertz saying they don’t have a vehicle for me, and asked if I could move my trip dates. I did see all the bad reviews from this location, and was trying my luck. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! You will 100% be disappointed.

They took care of me even when the pickup location I got the car from was screwing around, and accommodated my frustration well. It was not insignificant I might add, but they assisted and we took care of it. Thank you all for your help here.

Tony requires the basic knowledge of being a manager or even a decent employee. They promised a vehicle, and after driving an hour to pick it up, they said it needed an oil change and couldn’t leave the lot. He could have called and informed them of this but didn’t. I offered to wait, then he said it had safety recalls. His story would change, and he would continuously lie. I would suggest another location over this one.
