These guys suck. They sold me an unsealed demo jar of the strain I wanted without telling me beforehand. Then when I realized it, I went back in to try to exchange it for a sealed, unopened jar. Their only response, “unfortunately all sales are final”. What a lame approach to customer service. They could have had a loyal new customer who lives right next door, but nope! The service sector is clearly in decline. The level of pure indifference at this place has to be industry leading. Never again.

This place was awesome. We were greeted by Danny M. she was so sweet and adorable she made me and my wife feel so welcome. The guys that helped us were Cody and Vince. They were both super, super helpful, and knowledgeable with everything.

I honestly can’t speak on the product itself, but service was terrible. One of the staff members was extremely rude to my father, who’s not educated on marijuana or legalities surrounding it at all, after he asked an innocent question about whether or not you can travel out of state with it. Did not purchase and definitely will not be returning.

Just went to the market location. The bud tender said the price for a quarter was $56 I was like oh did the price change cause Colfax is 40. Bud tender started to make fun of me saying he mad and and confused I don’t know why I’m speaking English and it’s $56. Like bruh I been going to high level since 2012. See Colfax 4-5x a week easy so when I was confused of the price difference he could have explained instead wanna try and make fun of someone. Don’t go to this location as the elevator doesn’t work, it’s on the 5th floor and the bud tenders make fun of you for asking a legit question then going make fun of my vet discount. Really? Look at the camera and tell me I’m wrong. By far worst experience even more so than Shelby.

Was there @1:30 on 9/10/23. Both workers were incredibly rude regarding price increase. Horrible customer service then was followed into hallway and threatened. Both these employees who admittedly have been with company for a few months came out into hallway asking me if I had a problem. Pressing charges for verbal assault and threats right now. Have shoped there for years have never been treated so poorly
