I used to live here in between 2006-2007 despite all the problems it's a pretty good place to live other than some trailer being rundown side note tho be careful of management and staff their pretty sus on a lot of things even back then.

So people receive several warnings and can't utilize the street and it's the property owners fault? I'd live here.

It's under new management , so there is a lot to do , my daughter lives in this mobel home community, it's a lot better then it use to be.
