I went shopping around 11am this morning, and when I walked in, not a single associate greeted me. I also noticed the cashier said thank you in Spanish to the customer before me, but when it was my turn, she didn’t smile or say hello. She just gave me a strange look. After I paid, she didn’t even say thank you or have a good day. The staff here really needs to improve their customer service.

Just drove 30 minutes for them to tell me it’s closed. It’s 7:50 pm your hours say you close at 9:00pm.

Online closing time says 9pm. Doors are locked when I got here at 8:23pm. Waste of time. Update your hours.

Very little variety or choice, super bland colors and boring styles…. Very disappointed. Also the sales floor person completely igniyme several times. Don’t recommend….

Great experience in locating most of what I was there for. I Wish you would re-address the "no return policy" for red ticked items. Time is such a commodity, and taking the time to go into the Fitting Rooms is just NOT an option for many.

The manager is a classist, racist, awful person. She was fawning over a married man in a suit but then my family was told we couldn’t make a return in store of an online purchase, which is false. Sorry we didn’t look good enough or wealthy enough to be shopping in her store. We were grieving a child’s death in our extended family and trying to purchase clothing for the funerals. She regularly berates her employees and uses racist slurs talking about them.

I ordered some maternity jeans from H&M online but before they came in I found some at this location for half the price so when the online order came in I went to this location to return them. The girl at the register told me they couldn't take them because they don't sell maternity jeans there...except there was an entire rack up front and I had just bought a pair from there a week ago. She goes yeah we only sell a few pairs of maternity jeans, you can return these to another store. They must be hurting if they can't take my return. I worked at H&M myself in the past and know for a fact we would have taken these back, and nowhere does it say they don't take maternity returns in store...but okay.

They don't have as much variety of clothing for men as before, and the models and colors are boring or for older people, they still have the same clothes from 3 years ago
