Carl should literally own a Home Depot etc. Informative, kind, professional. He is the person you actually want to find, when you can’t find what you need. We all ask questions, and if you’re lucky enough to find him, you have just made a new friend, teacher, and future guest at your dinners on Friday nights. ♥️

Home Depot uses a couple low rate scam companies Roadie and Spark to deliver products to their customers. The Customers need to know that drivers for both companies have a variety of issues and Home Depot does nothing to remedy the situation. I have not been paid for deliveries of Products from store 1505 and was told by the manager that it's not his problem. Call corporate Call corporate Call store. Store says not my problem call human resources they tell me call blah blah blah. I filed complaints with The Dept of Labor. Driver's and customers need to know what goes on here. My issue? $40.00 delivery they won't pay me for . Then they deactivate my account. Blame me and do nothing after stealing my money which they act like is theirs. Home Depot You're fired

Some fat dude treated me the rudest I've ever been treated in any home depot. I guess I'm a Lowe's guy now. At least they're nice.

No point in having in person stores, went to buy a weed eater and the same exact product is $30 cheaper on the Home Depot website. The manager refused to price match and said they don’t know why the price is cheaper online. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

I made an online order for 2 gallons of paint which I also paid for online. I got a confirmation that my order was ready and I waited in line at the customer service desk for 20 mins. I was asked for my order number and I was told I needed to go to paint to pick it up. Two employees were chatting when I walked up and I told them my order. One of them pulled it up and said "Oh, I can have this ready in like 10 mins" I waited and shopped.
When my paint was ready I took it to pro checkout with my other items. I told the cashier that I had already paid for the paint and showed her my receipt from my phone. I was again asked for my order number which I provided. She called the customer service desk and asked who I talked to. I didn't know the name of the customer service person. She then asked me to describe the person I talked to. I said "excuse me?" She said "What did she look like?" I couldn't recall since my visit with customer service was so brief. I remembered her being short and with brown hair so I said she looked kind of like her. She said "no one in customer service took like me." "You'll have to go talk to them." she said. I asked her "about what?" She gave me a dumb look and said "The paint" as she pointed to the two cans and proceeded to put them in the return bin.
I left to walk back over to customer service but instead stopped at self check to see if a supervisor was available. I asked two employees that were sitting on stools. One said she was and got up to help me. We walked over to the pro check out and found an empty register. She asked for my order number again. She called customer service again. She told the checker to bring the two cans which she did, begrudgingly. I decided to walk over and retrieve my other items and asked the supervisor to check me out. Instead she asked another cashier to check me out who proceeded to ring up the paint...Sigh... When I asked if this was normal procedure the supervisor explained where the system had failed.
I called my order in because I was trying to save time. Instead, I was lead through a maze of employees who were either incompetent or apathetic. Through your online process, I felt unimportant, an inconvenience, like a shoplifter. Although, sadly, that's whenever I shop at Home Depot lately.

Matt should not work in receiving, one of the slowest forklift drivers I've ever seen. He goes on break every time a truck shows up. Takes him over an hour to unload a truck, when others take 20 minutes to do it.

Returns was great, but it feels like the more expensive every product gets the more invasive are the employees. I am quite tired of being followed around the store because an overloyal terribly underpaid employee gets to unqualifingly profile me, only to keep discovering I scan honestly through self checkout.

Hard to believe such a major retailer can’t accept tap to pay or Apple Pay at any register. Waste of a trip.
