Maricruz went out of her way to make sure that I received my order completely. She was very courteous and went out of her way to show me how the lockers worked next time I come back. I will definitely come back to this store and shop.

The parking lot is like a third world country now with the sanctuary city stuff. I just want to go buy my stuff and not be asked by 20 people showing me their phone asking for money. The parking lot is full of trash and homeless people. I've stopped going to this place unless I have to

Customer service rep Tequilla at the returns desk went above and beyond to help me do a major appliance exchange. When it’s 97 degrees out, there’s nothing worse than having to do returns and she made it painless.

I’m standing here at the locked power tools waiting for someone to bring me the tools I want to buy. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes since the girl told me they have it in the back room and are going to bring it to me. I’m not sure if it’s a shift change or they are just taking their time. There are multiple employees standing around doing nothing, and they aren’t busy. I’m not coming back here and will most likely use Amazon or tool zone from now on. This is ridiculous. Now I typed this whole message and I’m still waiting. This passes me off. I’m trying to spend money here and the people they pay are ignoring customers. I ask for a manager and they said David is his name but the guy who said he’d get David lied as well.

I had to use home Depot pros for a small project. The referral was sent out and immediately phone calls and text messages came through. I had selection of pros to choose from. After a few calls and quotes I went with Shawn Michael Construction. Shawn Michael, yes the actual owner came to my home to install a combo washer and dryer. I must say he delivered. Shawn was polite and professional. He listened to my needs. He had everything needed to get the job done. The price was affordable. Shawn took his time and got the job done. He made sure that the unit worked properly before leaving. Shawn did a great job with the clean up. I recommend Shawn Michael construction and will use them again. Any project big or small go with/ call Shawn Michael construction. Thank you Shawn!!

The manager and a female employee treated me like I was trying to get over on them returning some impact drill instead I was just trying to get our money worth out of product.If they treat a company that spends money like we do I wonder how they treat people that shops there occasionally.

They let men in groups follow and harass/intimidate you in their parking lots. They do not care if they try to steal from you. I tried to get help after being followed by 2 men while a third was attempting to get items out the back of my truck and was told that you could buy it again. We're not helping you or walking you out. I will never come back to this location. A random person helped me, and after they tried to take his purchased items out of his trunk then stopped after they realized I was taking photos of them. While pulling out, I watched them try to chase down another man and tried to get into his vehicle. Luckily, that man locked his doors in time.
Bathrooms are locked. It took asking 3 employees for the code. Two just kept telling me where the bathroom was, and Robert, who is new, punched in the code, and let me in. I'm noticeably expecting. I was bursting and doing the dance of "I can't hold it" and was just told the bathroom is over there. I kept saying you needed a code, and the first two didn't care at all to help while sitting down doing nothing.
