Confusing AF until you've gone there once and figure out isle numbers front half of store vs back half. Used to be annoying AF to have every employee come up and ask if customers needed help finding stuff. They must have gotten complaints about that, this time, not one stopped to ask. Any I did see looked like they were nearly panicked trying to help someone else. Eventually, I found my product by looking it up on my Android app (vs my roommate's computer B4 I left to store). The store app itself, was a bit weird to operate. The store was clean enough, kinda well organized, and the self check out had a nice attendant who made eye contact and a welcoming smile (could have been my pink and blue hair). If I could, I'd score it 4.5, but not a 5 for too confusing isle markings.

This is literally the WORST Home Depot I have ever been to for customer service. THIRD time here to purchase lower tools and they can't help a person or acknowledge you within the first 15min. Then the person that does say something can't or won't help and then you wait for another 15min for no one to come. Very disappointing. As this is my closest store. If something is on the shelf or locked up. Good luck. Might as well order online. I just don't have 30min to wait for NOTHING. I'm sure I could still be waiting as I write this in the parking lot after 30min of waiting for people to help. Unreal.

Went here and when buying a part that had no tag they were unable to look it up and instead charged for a product of the same price. Only problem was the part was defective and I could now no longer exchange it as I didn’t technically buy it. Please do a little better.

An employee stopped what he was doing to help me get a specific toilet off the top TOP shelf. I was very pleased with his manners and patience. I wish I caught his name!!

The employee are very lazy and don't put customer service into their job. When you ask the where to find something the ignore you. They say aile 47 they walk away. So very upset with how they treat their customers now.

Scheduled an appliance delivery 3weeks in advance. They sent an email 30min into my delivery window to say they couldn't deliver. When I called they said they showed up and no one was home when we were here. Zero consideration for their customers.

In the garden center, there were plants marked 2 for $10. After getting home, I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged $7 each for them. That's a $20 overcharge on my order. Not ok.
