We got great help from a guy named Buffalo. He was such a nice guy. It's hard to come by such friendly service

This is the worst experience I've ever had in a hardware store. My family in Texas is at risk of freezing without these parts and I rushed over to pick up my $600+ order only to find out they don't have them. I have no problem shopping for myself and I have no problem with them being out of stock but I have a massive problem with them telling me they'll have the parts in two hours and four hours later telling me I'm SOL.

3 stars because it seems like a sweet place to work. Must be great to work here, employees just stand around talking with each other. Make sure you don't get in their way while they're standing there either or expect snide comments and stares. Store knowledge isn't required here either since no body seems to know where anything is or able to help. Sucks if you're a customer; amazing if you're looking for a easy buck and brainless job.

This Home Depot is much better than the one on Colorado in Glendale in terms of plant options. We've gotten some really unique plants from here. It's worth the drive imo.

Great experience with the rental department. Service was fast, accurate, and helpful. I didn't know exactly what I needed for my project but they did, got me hooked up with it, and even gave me a complimentary pair of safety glasses. Price was reasonable. Thank you!

I have to say that I have started specifically driving to this Home Depot even tho it is not the closest one to me in the Denver area. This one on Sante Fe has consistently given me great customer service. I go in spurts of needing to come in here. It'll be multiple days in a row while I'm working on a project for one of my properties and then I'll go months without needing to stop in. But during my 4 years of living in Denver this Home Depot has earned my business. Especially my last couple projects since it has required me going into the lumber section and asking an employee to do some cuts for me. I have been in multiple times the last couple weeks and while at other Home Depot's I have waited up to 30 min for someone to assist me. This Home Depot has consistently been 5 star service. I want to especially mention the employee Terry that works in the lumber department. He has been the employee to assist me the last couple times in the lumber department and has helped me with cuts. He has gone above and beyond to make sure he assisted me in all my lumber requests. Thank you Terry and Home Depot, keep up the good work!

This location is absolutely horrible. There is no such thing as customer service here. I have never sat on hold so much in my entire life. Not to mention, when you actually go into the store the employees have no interest whatsoever in actually assisting you.

When I go to a store after checking stock online and can't even find a shelf tag for the item I'm trying to buy, I get mad. Home Depot doesn't even try to look up missing items -- customers are just supposed to put up with being lured into stores with false claims online. The next time I need a tool, I'll order it from China.

HD used to have lots of helpful staff around. This is clearly no longer the case. If you can even find a HD associate or get anyone to look you in the eye instead of rushing by, they typically don't know anything about the area you need help in and it's a rarity to have them find anyone with any expertise either. If you're a do it yourself type then HD has a decent selection of parts and materials but customer service is virtually extinct. I'll try Lowe's instead for now.

Service is crap... came here looking to buy some wood... spent 20 minutes tracking down an employee to help cut the wood... only to jovially told that the wood cutter is out of service... as if that would make me happy... no dude your laziness does not bring me joy... most of the time I come to Home Depot the wood cutter is either broken or no one is there to help... pretty crappy for a home improvement store

OMG. What a nightmare. So they offer curbside pick up and I'm supposed to get play sand. So at curbside, we wait almost 45 minutes. The frikkin bags were full of holes now and sands all over my car...Despite not wanting to come in, they ask us to wait inside and said they can't do anything about it!!!! Jeezus. Somebody please close this store down. Clowns. Seems like they're run by clowns.

It's a great place to go if you want Free Covid 19. A small sign asking you to wear a mask but half the people didn't wear one. No crowd control - it was packed. I left, went to Lowes - every one wore a mask and the crowd was managed.

Is there some reason no one can answer the flipping telephone? It rings and rings - no one picks up. Same at corporate

I spent 5 hours yesterday calling the Home Depot on Santa Fe about an out of stock item on a delivery order that supposedly could be substituted. When I finally got through to someone, they told me the that part of the order had been cancelled and I would have to go to place a new order or go to another store. They did refund the delivery fee. We had to drive to another store to purchase the item that had been out of stock. When the rest of the delivery arrived today- it was the wrong order! We had ordered a lawn care product, lime and fertilizer. Instead we got bags of garden soil! I’ve not been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone to try to rectify this disaster. Never order from this store!!!

I placed my order at 3.00pm on Saturday and paid $89 for express delivery. I was sent a confirmation email that promised delivery between 6.00am and 8.00pm on Monday, with a phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery. By 7.00pm monday there was no delivery despite the tracking app saying they had delivered at 6.10am. Multiple phone calls later, I was told there had been an issue with loading the truck. So no delivery attempt made at all but was assured it was going to happen Tuesday. Oh and by the way they're not allowed to use loading equipment before 8.00am so the 6.00am delivery is bogus. It's now 7.00pm Tuesday and still no delivery. Was assured this morning that my order was loaded on the truck and the app shows it delivered at 1.18pm. The lady I have been calling at this particular store is clueless, unhelpful, uncooperative and doesn't seem to know what is going on. Just discovered that my order is in fact still in the warehouse. Has never even been loaded onto a truck. Way to go Home Depot.
