Really liked staying here. They are pet friendly which is why I chose to stay here. It is walking distance to Ball arena and will definitely be back.

Natalie at the front desk is incredible. Stayed here this past weekend, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating when I realized I booked the wrong room. She also was incredibly kind to my 15 month old son and made us feel very welcome. We ended up in a Junior Suite, it was perfect. I would definitely stay again. The service and staff were exceptional. The food onsite is very good. And the location was more than ideal.

Loved our stay at Hotel Teatro. Bed was comfy, shower and tub were relaxing, plenty of space for two plus our 90 pound dog.One of the concierges was a bit awkward and seemed to be making other guests uncomfortable with his interactions. When we called for a toothbrush to be brought up to our room, we were asked “used or new?” And then told we should just go downstairs and get it ourselves. So apparently it’s a special request to get a toothbrush that hasn’t been in someone else’s mouth lol.We were so happy to find a nice room that allows you to bring dogs for free with no weight limit, tho large breed owners beware - they may not have a large enough bed for your oversized pooch. We were glad we had ours in the car. No “Pet Goodie Bag” was offered (despite advertised), and fyi the pet relief area is down the street a block or two.Overall, room was amazing. However, was somewhat disappointed in discovering that the city view I paid extra for was mostly a large parking garage with a gigantic billboard of a baby staring through the window. Very un-romantic for a childless couple. Also bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to light as the curtains do not fully mask the city lights.

The tv service they use wasn't working which made the television effectively useless unless you wanted to just accidentally find something you wanted to watch by chance. The option to connect my own device also didn't work and the person at the desk said that it wasn't actually possible (but was still an option shown on their non-functional tv service home screen for some reason). The guy I talked to about the tv not working just said that a lot of rooms had that problem and there was nothing he could do. They sent a guy up to see if my remote was working and then shrugged it off altogether. There were toothpaste stains on the bathroom counter and coffee stains on the room counter when I checked in, so I skipped on using the unsealed coffee cups and water glasses. The room was very loud all the time. I could hear every door on the floor and every conversation in the hall could be heard in my room clear enough that I could have joined in and offered my own opinion. Since sound goes both ways, this left me feeling like I had no real privacy, just the appearance of it. Every conversation by people smoking outside or waiting for their ride was clear in the room. There was a persistent series of 5 loud booms/thumps every couple of minutes for the entire stay, day and night. I could feel it through the bed so earplugs were no help. I think it was coming from outside so perhaps there was nothing to be done but it made the experience awful. Slept very poorly. Perhaps it's better on higher floors, but I recommend avoiding the 2nd floor. The bed itself was very comfortable and I would have slept great if it had been quiet. The staff I dealt with were great for the most part.It looks very nice. Visually it's a 5, the experience is a 3 at best.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a weekday evening in order to enjoy a show at the Buell. Hotel Teatro is a wonderful boutique hotel in Denver's theater district. Room was clean and tasteful and our meal at The Nickel was delicious. Special shout-out to employee Mathew who made our first stay at the hotel memorable and made us feel very special. Also, about a week later, Mathew quickly located a pair of eyeglasses we had left in the room- much to my daughter's relief! Thank you Hotel Teatro

Matthew was at the reception when I checked in just before midnight. His service was awesome. Hotel is old and beautiful and location is perfect. Food in the Nickel is outrageously expensive but worth it!! Considering room cost trash at least could be removed everyday from the rooms!!!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone! We went for my partner’s 40th birthday and were treated to a lovely stay. I added the bubble bath package and everything was set up and waiting for us upon arrival, which was lovely and romantic. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room is cozy and clean, Restaurant is very good and the ambiance of the hotel is fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay here and will look to be back in the future.Walkability: Close walk to bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Unfortunately we caught the flu, and started to show symptoms 24 hours before our scheduled stay. The cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to check-in. If you move the booking, but still need to cancel, the room fee will still apply. I was told there are no exceptions for illness or injury. I won't be booking here again.Edit: Thank you for responding Kevin; unfortunately, unless you're willing to refund the 1 night charge, there's not much point in my contacting the hotel again. The receptionist was clear that there is no other option except moving the booking. I have no reason to stay in Denver in the near future, so that won't work for me.

Our check-in experience was really good. We arrived early and were informed that our accommodation was ready though it was 2 hours early. Thanks a lot!

My husband and I went here during our honeymoon and got the romance package. It was an absolutely beautiful hotel and they had a wonderful staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind especially Kyle and Matthew.
