I am always pleased with my customer service experience while working with Elizabeth at H&R Block. She knows me and cares about helping me and my family the best way she can. She demonstrates expertise and is efficient with her work. I plan to continue seeing Elizabeth for many years to come.

I dropped my tax documents off on 3/21/24, I did not hear anything back from H&R Block for weeks (was trying to be patient) nothing was in my portal either. When I called to check on the status of my tax return I was told they would have to look into it and call me back. When I was called back I was told “I fell between the cracks and my tax return was never filed” I would have taken my taxes elsewhere at this point, but it was April 15th and the last day to file when I found out they never filed my return. I was not offered any discount on my service fees either. Don’t waste your time or money here. I don’t mean to sound cruel but filing my return was quite literally their job and they failed me and would have caused me penalties if I wouldn’t have called to check on my return.

Completely unprofessional organization. Submitted my documents a month in advance and was told multiple times they could do my 2023 taxes and amended tax returns for previous years.
Despite following up with them multiple times a week for a month, I came in on tax day and I was told Karla hadn't yet filed my 2023 return and Karla could not do the amended returns for prior years. If I had not come in on tax day to check on them, they would not have filed my 2023 return. When I asked them to file the 2023 return, the manager Julie said they were unable to honor the original discount they quoted me. Julie was also extremely rude when I mentioned the discount was on the quote they sent.
This meant I missed the 2020 amended tax return deadline and I had to self file my 2023 taxes with only hours to the deadline. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. Cory was the only tax associate who acted professionally and who I would recommend if using this place.

I cannot believe how professional, timely, and lovely my experience with this office has been. I had never worked with H&R block before and was nervous to rip the bandaid off of more than one year's worth of returns (!). Paula, the point person, and Elizabeth, my assigned tax professional, were wonderful in every way, even at the eleventh hour, and got everything buttoned up in a very short period of time. Not to encourage others to do the same -- I promise I'll be in sooner next year!! Thank you H&R Team!!

Caused issues with filing both state and federal returns, resulting in thousands (!!) of dollars in lost refunds and fines paid. Terrible customer service (never possible to get my "tax expert" or any other competent person on the phone). H&R Block promises to stand behind you when you have a problem and charges you for this, but then hides and ignores you when you need them. Spend a little more to have someone else do your taxes.

The people who left these bad reviews obviously did not deal with Elizabeth. She was extremely sharp, patient and polite. She answered every random question I had and made me feel better about my tax situation. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you!

Extremely unresponsive and unprofessional, I do not recommend using this H&R Block office for anything. I called multiple times to inquire about the progress/status of my return and was told each time my "tax pro" was with a client. Totally understandable, so I left very detailed messages with the front desk associate each time. Never heard back. Use at your own risk
