This is a joke, I filled my tax on feb 2nd, they were supposed to deduct their fees from my federal refund, theirs fees was $321 which they did, I gave them my bank account informations but guess what this guy Victor put their own bank account infos not mine, for both federal and state taxes, today I called their central, this lady named Tammy is going with me side by side with no correct answer for finally telling me that because they have to deduct their fees, HOW THE HELL You have to deduct your fees twice a??? And WHY will you put you guys bank account informations not mine??? HR BLOCK do better , this is a FRAUD, and the way they set is that in their hand they said they see my bank account infos and on the papers I have It is another Bank account infos. YOU GUYS CANNOT DO THAT, IT IS A FRAUD, STOP THAT, Do NOT TAKE NOT EVEN A CENT FROM IT, I WILL SUE YOU

If I could give this place a negative 100 I would. Tax pro John Vidor was the most unprofessional person. I had a phone appointment at 1 and by 1 20 i had to call the office. Then I was hung up on by him because he couldn't understand what I was asking and of course I grew frustrated and instead of helping ge hung up like an unprofessional person. Don't waste your money by going here.

Disappointed in this office after going for a very long time. I have a new tax preparer and an appointment 1 year in advance @ 230p. My preparer became available alas at 320pm. Her 200p appointment lasted 1 hour and 20 mins. ( Not her fault, you could hear the commotion going on. ) Nevertheless the manager/front desk clerk too knew I was next, yet he took the 300p appointment. Turns out the mom had the appointment at 200p and her ADULT son had appointment at 300p. For inconvenience offered a whopping $25 dollar discount ( lol) SERIOUSLY. Couldn’t even offer me another preparer that day. Terrible terrible service and incompetent way to run an office.

Called and no one answered. Visited the building and there was no one at the front desk. Terribly managed. Called for someone and they all ignored me.

Rude, condescending, unhelpful, unprofessional, retaliatory for previous bad review. Seeking virtual appointment with another tax professional.
Her certificate said 20 years with the company, retrain her or dismiss because she said "I can't print..." "I can't receive emails..." She dismissed me the first time, she double booked me the second time despite a direct email with her (she blamed others,) and dismissed me and my wife the third.

I've worked with Eva and Gloria at the Tower Rd. location. Both have been kind warm and very professional in preparing my taxes. I always leave knowing my taxes have been prepared correctly, they also provide advice for the next tax year.
