My gosh what great service. Bought three watches from them and all with stellar service and great communication. Had a couple of my old watches serviced and had very good updates even if they were shipped to Switzerland. Hain, our authorized dealer is well versed in in horology and we highly appreciate her input. Cannot say enough great things about this store!

I have always had a great experience with Hyde Park in Denver. They have a great selection, and friendly & professional team members.Specifically, I would like to give kudos to Carlos who works in Rolex, who has helped me to get multiple pieces that I love. More importantly, he is always friendly & professional throughout the whole process. It does take some time with Rolex (that is just the way it is), but it is worth the wait, and I would highly recommend working with Carlos if you are interested!

I came into the Denver location, because my Rolex needed to be repaired and Hyde Jewelers is Rolex certified, and conveniently located near my hotel. It was fairly busy, which was fine. Having come into the store with whom actually gifted the watch to me, many years ago- the agreement was to notify us of the cost of repair and have it mailed back to the state where I reside. Instead I received a call regarding some modifications, (which are documented in the copy of original appraisal I later provided to them). The explanation for the deciding to not do the repair, due to the extent of “modifications” etc. was reasonable and respectable .So, I requested for my timepiece to be mailed back to me, so I could take it to the original well respected Jeweler where it was purchased, has been around for several decades, or a local Rolex location. Prior to paying for the return delivery, I requested that it be insured for the thousands of dollars of its value, and was perplexed by seeing a charge on my Amex for only 35.00. For an expedited FedEx delivery, it seemed extremely low.Upon arrival, I provided my identification to obtain the package from FedEx, which was in an unusually large box. My intuition alone, made me decide to open the box while still at the counter, to have a witness just in case something wasn’t up to par.Not only was my Rolex in a plastic bag, with one piece of tissue paper, but in two pieces. The dial wasn’t even connected to the band, nor did the invoice included have any amount of insurance. The sentimental value alone, had I not received it back, would have devastated me.My watch was left at Hyde Jewelers in one piece. Therefore I notified Hyde Jewelers IMMEDIATELY, and submitted images from the FedEx counter. While now disassembled in addition to still requiring repair, their initial suggestions were to take it to a local jeweler that is inside of a grocery store, in addition to other random jewelers likely found on Google, that were not Rolex Certified. I was eventually offered a return label to ship it back, for them to rectify the situation.It was quickly returned back to me insured, thankfully…. Inconveniencing me, when this could have already been repaired elsewhere is a nuisance. The back and forth while receiving no apology just doesn’t sit well with me.The generic Google review apologies would be well received had I not reached out to management, via email and other documented correspondence that I have in my possession to provide. After reviewing multiple complaints, and the levels of severity, in comparison to my own- I’d leave one fourth of a star if available. Offering luxury service, while expecting luxury prices should end with all parties satisfied and a desire to refer others to patronize the establishments as well. This is far from the case regarding Hyde Jewelers, unfortunately…..

Came to Hyde park looking for a Zenith watch that my husband was interested in buying. Dealt with John when we first got there and he really was an arrogant pompous jerk while dealing with him. My husband then saw a watch that he liked for me and I wanted to leave just to avoid giving John the commission. Ultimately I loved the watch went back and got Lethious who was awesome we enjoyed him as a sale person much more and did end up buying the watch. I highly encourage anyone who goes in to avoid buying from John my husband did end up buying his watch at another place what a shame they lost a sale due to John. Ultimately buy from Lethious if you want a friendly face ?

Called up to see if they had the IWC Mark XX green dial. They didn’t, but Will had it sent from their AZ boutique. Went in a few days later and was able to try it on, compare it to other options, and ultimately purchase it. What a fun experience to talk watches with people so knowledgeable and engaged. Went in looking for a specific zenith watch and left with a Tudor for the wife.Taking off two stars because of my initial interaction with the sales guy named John. He is rude. In fact, he gave me such bad vibes that I left the store only to come back 30 minutes later and buy the watch from a different associate (I refused to give that guy my commission). The new sales guy from New Mexico was great!

I’ve been coming to Hyde Park for several years now. They have an impressive collection of brands. Each time I come, I’m treated exceptionally well by the staff. For my most recent purchases, I had the pleasure of working with Carlos. I must commend Carlos for his expertise and professionalism. He went above and beyond to assist me, making my shopping experience memorable. The personalized attention I received makes me highly recommend it to anyone. Five stars without a doubt!

My girlfriend had previously went into Hyde Park to look at engagement rings, the gentleman she had previously spoke to was kind and very helpful. This second time was my first time and we were "helped" by the most rude employee I have ever encountered, Tony Gross....Extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. Every question we had, his response was so vague. "Is this a 2 carat diamond?" "Yea, perhaps" or "yea, maybe". It's not like we didn't know what we were talking about, but even if we didn't, a sale representative should educate their customers! We were looking at lab grown diamonds and off to the side was actual diamonds. Tony said I wouldn't be interested in those cause "you dont look like the type of people who would dress up and look nice"....... On top of that he was so pushy about everything, we had to leave the store abruptly cause it was getting uncomfortable for the both of us.I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's a great selection of rings and I was ready to purchase one, but the pushy attitude, lack of help, and straight up rudeness left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Worst customer service I ever experienced!First time I bought a watch they kept lie to me about the warranty and the price. Today trying to look at another watch there representative was rude and I felt like his just being racist throughout me because of my accent and didn’t let me to try a watch without an idea after a week ago I tried it with the same guy but I was wearing a suit at the time. DO NOT BUY from the there is way better places to get a watch.

Great experience with Hyde Park Jewelers. I visited Hyde Park a few months ago and spoke with Hain Shih about my desire to buy my father a watch for his birthday. Hain listened to me attentively and took note of all of the models that I was interested in purchasing for my father. Last weekend, Hain messaged me and let me know that one of the watches that I was interested in was available for purchase! Hain made the payment process simple and I was able to pick up my watch the next day. I would recommend Hyde Park to anyone in the market for a new Rolex! Hain is a great representative for this jewelry store and for the Rolex brand more broadly

Over the course of several days—both in the store and via text—August listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect piece to restart my watch collection through patience, rapport building, and his own horological journey expertise. I had a very nice time browsing and discussing Rolex timepieces with Carlos. He was incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable. He let me try on every model I was interested in, and even let me take home a hardcover Rolex catalog that now occupies some prime coffee table real estate at home. Having never purchased, let alone tried on a Rolex, Carlos made what I thought would be a pretty intimidating visit very pleasant and relaxing. I look forward to visiting again and working with Carlos in the future! I highly recommend Hyde Park for all your jewelry and watch needs.

After visiting a couple of well-known, high-end jewelry stores, my wife and I walked into Hyde Park Jewelers in Scottsdale looking for diamond earrings for our daughter for graduation, and we are so glad we did. Kloey greeted us as soon as we walked in and was extremely pleasant. Aside from being knowledgeable, she was patient and helpful as we made our selection and never pressured or attempted to upsell us. More recently, Kloey was able to help me secure a newly released Tudor watch which isn’t readily available yet. We highly recommend Hyde Park and if you visit the Scottsdale location make sure you ask for Kloey.

My timepiece purchasing experience at Hyde Park Jewelers was exceptional. My sales associate Will was a consummate professional with in depth knowledge of all the lines of timepieces Hyde Park carries. Would highly recommend Hyde Park (and Will) to anyone looking for a timepiece, from entry level to the highest most complicated pieces in horology. 10/10
