Dr. Valenzuela is very professional. She is also very kind & always concerned about my needs, listens intently & responds. Both my husband & I have been her patients for many years. The rest of the staff r very cordial & pleasant, as they provide all necessary tests.

If you have to deal with Amanda it will be an unpleasant, rude, and a waste of time of an experience.She will talk over you, tell you incorrect information.Plus she will hang up on you when she doesn’t want to do her job.I would stay away just because of her.Amanda made this whole experience horrible.

Worst customer service. They ordered the wrong lens size for my eyeglasses and then broke the glasses trying to insert them into the frames and immediately wanted more money for new frames. No apology or admitted fault. So they screw it up, break it, then you pay even more; sound business practice! Then, I Care Vison Center refused to refund for the lens. Now go drive home with no eyeglasses. Said they would call me after speaking with the Doctor - never received any call. They finally refunded my out of pocket expense for the lens after my third visit there in three weeks, while they kept MY insurance money. So after three weeks, I have broken eyeglasses and no lens and no insurance coverage this year for new lenses. After seven years as a loyal customer, I'm done. I'll take my prescription elsewhere and start the whole process over again. Don't waste your time here, THEY DON'T CARE!

The entire staff at I Care Vision Center was friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel like I was being forced into buying glasses like I have at some other optometrists. I felt like everything was very clear and I would definitely recommend them to others!

Rude staff and poor customer service. Refused to provide me with my contact lens prescription over the phone because it was more than a year after my last exam.... it's been 13 months and I simply needed to order new contacts. I even told them what my power and BC are for contact lenses, and simply wanted them to confirm.

Dr. Lo is awesome. The front staff is great as well. She has taken care of me and my entire family since Dr. Fowler retired.

I've been to a lot of eye doctors in Denver that just give you a prescription and then try to sell you glasses, BUT I swear by iCare vision. They are not super close, BUT Dr. Valenzuela caught a genetic eye condition I was developing, and proactively treated it before it could have been a big problem. So to the people who talk about the additional cost with the tests they suggest: it's worth it.

This is one rude eye office. The front desk people act like you’re interrupting them, which you really are. I had issues with my glasses and left them to be fixed, picked them up and they handed me the glasses in a baggie. Didn’t see if they fit, nothing. I spent a LOT. of money on them and I won’t be back.

The team is prompt and professional, yet also personable. I appreciate being treated like my experience and knowledge are valuable, and how extra explanations are given in the spirit of assisting me in making educated decisions. I also REALLY love the fact that I have the option to purchase the eye scan so I don't have to have my pupils dilated. Incredible time saver, and it also gives a much more thorough view of my eyes. I'll keep coming back each year.

We had an appointment there for my husband who is a Vietnam veteran. The gentleman that helped my husband with his glasses. Was the most unprofessional rude man that I have ever met. He had no concern about my husband glasses. He explained to him to go pick out his frames that the government has provided for him!!! When we got to the area there were 5 FRAMES LEFT that he had to pick from! He had no choice than to pick a pair he didn't like! and his remark was well that's the government he could have cared less! I will report this to the VA Don't ever disrespect my husband the way you did. I will find another place to go too. Hope never to see you again! I believe your name was Max not sure? But you had a tattoo on your right or left arm.
