COLD, RAW, UNDERCOOKED. I ordered the “giant chocolate chip cookie” “made fresh daily” and got a normal sized completely raw and frozen goop. I ordered online and waited 30 minutes to get salmonella. Parking is a nightmare here.

Very upset to hear about Christian being let go over one sour Karen’s review. I live in the neighborhood and come here 2-4 times a week to watch avalanche and nuggets games. Christian makes us feel welcome and always provided amazing service and a friendly vibe. Petes loss 100%.

Christian always made me feel welcome, with a hug or a high five. He honestly cared how i was doing. As a regular (2-4 times a week) I am heartbroken he was fired. He was also good with the upsells always asking if i wanted to go beverages. Your loss Illegal Petes.. he is the best.

As a regular patron of Pete's, I have always been welcomed by the warm smile and exceptional service of Christian, our beloved bartender. Recently, to our shock and dismay, Christian was unjustly fired by the big company that oversees the establishment. The reason? Doing his job responsibly by cutting off a customer who had clearly indulged too much.Christian's dedication to the well-being of his patrons and the community is unparalleled. His commitment to responsible service and ensuring the safety of everyone at Pete's is commendable and has earned him the respect and admiration of many, including myself. To see him lose his job for acting in the best interest of the customers and the public is not only disheartening but also deeply unfair.This unjust dismissal not only affects Christian personally but also sends a chilling message to all workers in the food and beverage industry. The entire bartending crew are the best as well as the rest of the staff. It’s always a great experience when I come there, and I always want to come back. Shout out Christian, Casey, Dee, Beth, and Savannah. (Edited 3/27) I found out today that my favorite bartender no longer is employed at this establishment, him and the rest of the names I listed previously make the heart and soul of this location and why I have returned once a week minimum for the last 3 years, I’m sad to say that will be no more. If you read 50% of the reviews on this location they are about the amazing service provided by the names listed above and show how well they take care of their customers and fellow employees. It’s sad to see a fixation on one specific review cause so much harm to the community that has been built there, thanks for the great times while they lasted.

Not happy to be posting this but I feel the need to stand up for what's right. Recently a bad review was posted by someone who's friend was cut off for being too drunk and the bartender was just fired. This bartender is the heart of Pete's on Broadway and has made it the neighborhood spot it is today. Nobody would ever think to go to Pete's to watch sports but it is now the busiest sports bar on Broadway. All of the regulars come here for the amazing bartenders and to see management fire someone for doing their job is really disappointing.
