I met with Sarah who showed me the complex on Sunday with no advanced notice. Although, I decided to go with another complex, I really liked the layout of a 1-bd at IMT Cherry Creek and a nice nook by the window for those working from home. Thank you, Sarah, for your time.

Love the location, love the apartment itself, and Sarah made the move in process easy. No hot water when we moved in but that was fixed early the next day. Everyone we have interacted with from front office staff, to maintenance, to other residents have been amazing. Happy to call IMT Cherry Creek home!

Candy and Clyde are absolutely wonderful! They recently came by to fix a few things in my apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with how friendly, professional, and efficient they were. They’re both so courteous about entering my home and were incredibly sweet to my puppy, Nala, which I really appreciated. It’s always such a relief to have maintenance done by people who are not only great at their job but also genuinely kind and respectful. Thank you, Candy and Clyde, for your amazing work!

Clyde did an excellent job fixing my lightbulb that was broken in my bathroom. He fixed the light right away. He is a great guy and we are very lucky to have him here in this apartment complex to help us out. A big thank you too Clyde For coming and fixing the bathroom light. Thank you so much.

Miss Kim from the leasing office and Clyde from maintenance are my absolute favorite staff members at IMT. They are incredibly helpful and respond quickly when I have any issues. I lived here for 3 years before moving in to a more affordable area! If I could have stayed I would have!

Rognel and Clyde did an amazing job job fixing
The light bulbs that were broken in the kitchen and bathroom. They are super friendly and got it fixed fast and did an awesome job . Thank you again for everything.

The maintenance staff, Clyde, is very helpful. He's skilled and detail-oriented. Clyde has helped us replaced the broken dishwasher and the leaking faucets making our life more comfortable. We really appreciate his help!

After living here for almost 6 months, I am overall disappointed. I referred a friend who signed a lease and we were both told we would get $300 off of our rent. They now are not honoring that promise to my friend. They have policies for these kinds of things but do not check before giving you the wrong information. The units are fine but the walls and ceilings are thin so you will hear your neighbors. Our upstairs neighbors have been excessively loud, which is not managements fault, but is certainly something that affects enjoyment of your unit. Appliances are cheap but do the job. Maintenance however has been great and respond to issues quickly. Overall it is an expensive apartment for not the greatest experience. Update: I have reached out numerous times about the noise from our neighbors and it has not gotten better. Our only options are to move for an extra cost.

The maintenance team is a huge reason why I decided to renew. I can put in a request and have an issue resolved within 1-2 business days. Clyde & Candy are great at what they do!

I came to visit my Mom this Summer and got the pleasure of meeting the whole team. The property looks very well kept and I just want to give a shout out to this amazing team!
