Quirky modern layout for multiple businesses. Great central location in Denver.

I was here to see a Denver Startup Week event. I ended up using the garage because there is a homeless tent city out the back and I didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there and walking a block. There wasn’t even the opportunity to validate. For a venue that sits on the edge of Denver i felt trapped into using their garage for safety, even though there were street parking opportunities. The garage is not designed well either. You can’t circle around for a parking spot, you have to do a 3-point turn. Then some of the spots are reserved when you do find a spot.Once parked there are no clear signs in the garage about where to find the entrances. I ended up taking an elevator on one side and walking around the building to find the entrance I was looking for. One set of doors that looked like they entered the building were locked. The staff was nice and the venue to watch the event was good. The biggest challenge is they didn’t have a presentation system and hearing the speakers was a challenge. Or if they did, it was not being used for those in the back. There was a lot of background noise, so it made it even harder for hear.Once I left I still could not find an elevator back to the garage. I ended up walking up the on-ramp, which had no sidewalk. If I have the choice, I won’t go back here.

This place is literally a MAZE. Not in a good way. Need more signage of where to go. Parking is a nightmare too. Bad area.

This company had the security company i was working there for fire me for stealing but let me explain this. My hours shrunk with the security company i was working for lost a few accounts @ some of the bars & restaurants he covers closed in November & had to reschedule guys so they got hours shrinking my hours to where i barely made enough for rent. So i got hungry @ work doing security @ Industry & took some food out of a couple suites. One of the suites no one was in there for months i grabbed a couple bags outdated peanuts & a few egg sandwiches & the ither suite looked like they was moving out so i grabbed a few cans of coke. I sid take 7 dollars from a desk but replaced it. They acted like i did a huge heist out of there i know stealing is wrong but food when your hungry!!!! They fire me after i do a good job of making patrols around the place removing homeless people & tresspassers doing my job good they have me fired for taking food

A great and dog friendly place to work! I'm super happy with the events and daily food selections if you don't want to bring your lunch!

Very interesting layout for office spacing. Was not thrilled with the location. The nearby Salvation Army brings LITERALLY HUNDREDS of homeless near the area.So when you lease space at the Industry, seeing the sheer, deliberate, neglect that is often found in the shared kitchen and bathroom spaces is incredibly disappointing.I personally, would not lease space here, even though I do, really like how the space here is laid out.

Great work space. Interesting layout. The cafe inside leaves something to be desired but there are some good places to eat within walking distance.
