This has been the worst living experience I’ve ever encountered. For OVER 6 months I’ve been informing maintenance about a roof leak occurring in the top floor hallway of the building. Nothing more than buckets and ripped sheetrock was their “solution” to the problem initially, followed by continuous ignorance to the problem. The leak problem has now since moved to my apartment damaging over 4000$ worth of my audio equipment. I’ve had to miss now 2 days of work due to this as the maintenance manager informed me that a crew would be here first thing in the morning. Only to discover NO ONE is coming. The excuse I was given was that there were other leaks in other units “destroying property” and that because I only notified about the issue 24/48 hours was given to address the issue..I have receipts backing that these leak issues have been going on FAR longer than 48 hours and I’ve already had to contact a building and health inspector due to possible mold infestation. I will also be contacting a lawyer for legal matters because this is incredibly negligent and unsafe living conditions. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is nothing shy of being a slum lord

My community has Amazon hub lockers and it was a challenge trying to retrieve my last package. I called Amazon and they directed me to the leasing office. When I stopped my, the assistant manager, Jose M helped me locate and retrieve my package. I’ve received customer service from my community at Four Mile Flats

Jose at the leasing office has been a great support during my move out transition. My roommate died and I was left paying the rent on a Two bedroom apartment. The office was understanding in my situation and were patient. Thank you collective Glendale!

These apartments used to be good when I first moved in three years ago, but they've gone downhill since then. They never repair the main door handle, which has been broken for a year now, and there are roaches in our building, which have clearly infested the whole building, as you can see them outside in the hallway and walls. It's disgusting, and pest control won't come to spray no matter how many times you tell them to; however, they will charge you $100 if you're unavailable whenever they finally decide to come. All of their buildings are infested. Beware! Do not move here. Save your sanity and move elsewhere, as these apartments aren't cheap. I can't wait until our lease is up.

BEWARE future applicants!!!! This is the worst experience i have had with a property management company, and that says a lot. To apply we were required to pay the $600 deposit for the apt. To keep a crazy convoluted story short, we were not approved, and in the contract we signed it stipulated we would receive our refund in 30 days, which we were then told was not true and was 60 days. We tried to contact over 30+ times, being hung up over 5 times, and they told us it was their corporate office who wouldn’t send the check, but wouldn’t give us their information. When I found the info online and contacted them they told us that Infinity Flats had never sent the info to them. We got no more information for multiple weeks. Beg of June we were told they finally received the check, and had mailed it- two weeks later it was never received and we had made it to CO, which prompted us to visit their office. We were lied to multiple times, including that one of their employees(the one who was super rude and hung up) was an intern and was fired for being awful which was told to us during this visit… Which was hilariously untrue when he was there with a name tag after we were able to receive the check. I DO NOT RECOMMEND in any sense, I can only imagine what they are like as a landlord. If you decide to rent…. good luck, and if you apply and get denied, do not expect to receive your refund unless you are willing to reach out for months on end and be lied to constantly.

Review of The Collective
I have lived at The Collective for two years, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. From the beginning, the lack of accountability and management’s failure to enforce community standards have made this a very unpleasant place to live.
Upon moving into my first unit, I was shocked to find urine stains on the walls, which I had to clean myself. The apartment also had an ant infestation, and pest control only operates on specific days. If you're unavailable, you’re fined, making it nearly impossible to manage pest issues effectively. My second apartment has been plagued by a persistent beetle problem, despite several treatments, and I’ve also encountered mice on the first floor during the winter months. Overall, the maintenance of the units is subpar.
I’ve experienced numerous issues, including a broken fridge handle, non-functioning closet doors, a faucet that came off in the tub, and a deck that is pulling away from the building. The air conditioning didn’t work when I first moved in, and despite the temperature soaring to 92 degrees, I was told it wasn’t considered an emergency. I had to cite housing code before they finally addressed it, and maintenance rarely arrives when they say they will, often without any prior notice. The common excuse for these delays is that they are “short-staffed.” My car was hit twice in the parking lot, nothing was done
The office staff are crabby and try to get out of doing everything and anything. They place strict response times from resident's or we get fined but they take as long as they want, if at all.
Security in this complex is virtually nonexistent. The main doors are frequently left unlocked, allowing anyone off the street to wander in. I’ve had a stranger approach my door, which was alarming. When I reported issues, management instructed residents to follow rule violators to obtain their apartment numbers—a request that feels both unreasonable and unsafe. Instead of addressing noise disturbances or problematic behavior directly, management punishes everyone, such as closing the pool for the entire weekend. The floors and walls are very thin, you can hear someone vomiting in the apartment above you.
The parking lots and common areas are neglected, often littered with broken glass, condoms, and drug paraphernalia. Homeless individuals have been seen using the grills, which are often nonfunctional. Additionally, the laundry facilities are poorly maintained, with machines frequently out of order.
To make matters worse, the rent app designed to split rent into two payments malfunctioned and charged me both the full amount and the half payment. While I did receive a refund, this experience has made it clear that the app is not trustworthy.
Overall, it’s evident that tenant concerns are not a priority for management at The Collective. This community was advertised as secure and well-maintained, but the reality is far from it. I am extremely disappointed in how this property is managed, especially considering the rent it, would be better to live elsewhere. With rising crime rates and shootings happening just down the street, I believe every resident deserves a safe, comfortable place to live—something this complex fails to provide.
