lady with purple hair is PROBLEM. She told me I could go see the headphones myself. I wanted to see how big the earbud is and she said I couldn’t open it. So I asked her if she could open it and show me. She interrupted me and repeated herself several times saying I can’t open it and she can’t show me. She also snatched it from my hands. I finally said you didn’t have to take it away I was going to buy them anyway I just wanted to see them. She then repeated the same thing with major attitude even though I wasn’t asking or trying to open them again. The once was enough there’s no need to act as if i’m arguing or speak to me like I’m a child. I told her never mind I don’t want them anymore and that she didn’t have to be so rude to have a good day. As I walked away she said god bless you in a very snotty tone. As i looked back she was smirking at me as if she’d won something. Won herself zero customers and another bad review about her.

Crystal D was the only worker on a busy day and was extremely rude. Never acknowledged me or another customer attempting to buy headphones. Dodged a bullet in a way since they want $320 for AirPods Pro, or $70 above retail. Don’t waste your limited time.

There’s a woman who works here, she’s got a septum ring and short hair. Looks very dike and she’s quite a jerk.
I asked for a selection of Bluetooth ear buds she said “not here” I said “I see some” she says “we don’t sell to your kind” indicating that I was a white man and uneiecome to purchase.
then she proceeded to call me rude because of the look on my face when she said that.
So I went to the headphone seller in Concorse B. Much kinder man over there helped me. The employee here should be fired for discrimination.

The employees would rather talk about personal life than help me buy a set of $369 headphones. I left. Bad customer service is pretty much how America is set up these days. These employees do NOT CARE about quality experience.

Do not shop here…. I bought a charger for headphones and was assured they were compatible. I had long delay and charged them for over 45 minutes and they did not charge even 1%. . I went back and asked for explanation and perhaps there was another solution.. I was made fun of and told my headphones must be broken. I have never been treated so rudely. Never again….

Don’t ever shop here. I just paid 2x normal AirPod price ($320) for some headphones and the ladies at the counter assured me that they would be at least 60% charged for my flight. The headphones are 0% charged, so not only did I pay a massive premium to have headphones on the plane, but I’m also stuck listening to nothing!

Bought a faulty Sony headset for $120. One side never worked. Returned 2 days later to return with receipt and was told for an additional $80 I could upgrade to another model. It was this or lose $120. Poor return/exchange policy sounds like bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE. Updated 8/24... I also sent comment to their main office. I was contacted shortly after and offered a return or exchange as they have a 30 day policy for both.
