“Very professional person patient answered all my questions didn’t interrupt me gave me time to say what I had to say, and I gave her time to say what she had to say. I’m just disappointed that she has not left with the right tools to have me come on board with my homeowners Insurance policy. And my three AUTO policies that I was trying to get quotes on. You guys were very close, but no deal could be reached because the numbers didn’t make sense overall with everything combined. I’ve been with State Farm for 10 years and no one‘s been able to beat them. You think the algorithms would be tweaked and fine-tuned I don’t always go surfing for insurance. I stay put if I was in the insurance business and I owned an insurance company I would want to take on board a customer that stays put especially for 10+ years that is looking to get his or her policies adjusted for better pricing .
Take the algorithm out of this and get back to the 101 level. This is not her fault. This is the company’s fault it needs to be reconfigured. It’s ridiculous.

“Jeff and the team at Square State insurance are amazing! I first found Jeff a few years back and with that first contact, he saved me over $3000 a year on the multiple policies we needed. Home, auto, umbrella, etc. Then after a roof replacement, he again was able to lower my home owners policy because of the increase hail class rating on the new roof.
I've been able to reach Jeff anytime I leave a message or email. He has always responded within just a few hours. Jeff is professional, efficient and highly knowledgeable about all aspects of the insurance industry. After having experience with other insurance agents who were not very forthcoming or professional. Square State is a godsend. And well, now it's time for the kids to get there own policies on auto and renter's insurance and I wouldn't trust anyone else but Square State to get them started.”

He liked the fact that you can call directly and speak with a person, who answers the phone, instead of having to navigate an artificial intelligence phone menu.
We have specifically dealt with Christian Pineda (Chris), who helped set up our original policy, provided documentation later (when we couldn’t find our copy), and most recently, helped us adjust our policy to change the coverage - something he did right in the phone call, then emailed a .pdf policy update within minutes of ending our call.
