From the very first general on-boarding call with Steven, through our Plan roll-out, the many detailed discussions with Jacob, Matthew, and Emily, their level of service and responsiveness, engaging conversations, and delivery of unfamiliar concepts in an easy to understand manner was quite literally second to none!

The process to get from on-boarding to plan roll-out is detailed and completely individualized to your preferred financial goals, regardless of what they may be. We felt as though not a single opportunity was left unevaluated or a question unasked or unanswered. We were extremely impressed by the detail and engaging nature of this process.

We had started down a financial planning process with a larger firm years ago and were unimpressed with the stale, corporate feel...as if we were just a check box towards the quarterly profit sheet. CWG couldn't be farther from that feel. We felt like family. We could and continue feel like they put their focus where it matters: on our financial success.

He went the extra mile, he went above and beyond and had amazing customer service, when I first talked to him I have to be honest I didn’t have much hope (not for any other reason aside from this is corporate, and most people these days don’t go the extra mile). I was pleasantly surprised that he took the information, and followed up the next day, and helped me to try and rectify the situation. He didn’t have to do all that but he did, and I wasn’t very pleasant and I apologize Matthew!
