One of the bad places to drop off a load in Denver co, King super, bad management, 4 upto 6 hours of waiting? Batter be cancelled the load it’s not worth. I don’t recommend this place.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and unloading takes forever. Do not waste your time coming here.

If you're a driver, don't ever accept a load coming in here! It's ridiculous! They have no problem wasting your time! And capstone doesn't care about you either, they just want your money. Which I can't believe the rates they charge for lumper fees, and to be honest I can't even believe there are such thing as lumber fees. Kroger should paid people to unload the the stuff that they bought.

I arrived around 7 pm and my appointment was for midnight, after parking my truck in parking lot I went to check in line. Long line for checking In .

Got dock number@9pm
and 11pm was out of gate.this is so huge facility

If you arrive 1 second late, they will make you reschedule. If you arrive 2 hours early like they want you to, they will give you a door 1 hour after your appointment time. Then they will wait 3 more hours before they start unloading you. Also, another driver was telling me he was assigned my door and needed me to move before they started unloading me. I got a text to pay 6.5 hours after my appointment. The lumper fee is outrageous. This place is a disaster.

Nice people , enough room to backup to the door unless you're a dumb truck driver and it took less than 3 hours so all around very nice AND they have a spot to park before and after . The security was really great with me

Partial load with 9 pallets. I'm sitting for 8 hours already . Waiting to be unloading.
All these Kroger related warehouses are the worst place in Colorado for the unloading.

Got here 9am for 930 appt. Lady in the guard shack is rude and unprofessional. First sign you see on the guard shack is a poster literally calling the drivers idiots. Nice way to greet the people delivering the food that feeds your family...5hrs later, I'm still sitting here. Unloading was completed over an hour ago, but I still have not received my bills despite getting a text message stating I could check out. For some reason, they don't have the paperwork ready. $500 lumper fee for incompetent service. Ridiculous!
