I am a big fan of J.Crew's products. The quality of the clothes is the best and truly authentic, and I have some of my favorite sweaters from this brand. It is also my go-to store for holiday gifts.
The reason I'm giving a 3-star rating is entirely about the customer service in this Cherry creek location.
We were looking to buy several items to put together complete outfits for the season, including pants, sweaters, shirts, and a belt. We were ready for a significant purchase, but we ended up getting just one item and leaving out of frustration.
The entire staff's focus was overwhelmingly centered on one single customer (a man trying on clothes ). I observed three staff members two ladies and one man attending exclusively to this one party, leaving the rest of the customers without assistance.
I stood by the fitting room trying to find someone, anyone, to help me with sizing and matching pieces, but they were all preoccupied. How does a store manager allow three people to be tied up with a single customer when there are clearly others needing help? This poor staffing and prioritization ruined the shopping experience and resulted in a lost sale for the store. While the quality is top-tier, the in-store service needs immediate attention.

Remember: the sales items are final sale. No one told me the policy when I was buying. And there is no written words in the receipt mentions that. I was refused to return even though the item is defect。

I had an incredible experience here today. Donald took care of me while I looked for pants and located more pairs im my size in the back for me too. If you have not had a five star retail shopping experience in a while, start here. Donald, you made my day and I have some nice pants for travel as well- and my wife loves them on me too.

Slow register. And then the worker walked away after helping just 1 customer even though I was in line for 15min. When I asked him to come back to help me he said he hadn’t seen me even though the line was clearly visible.

New guy that works there was so condescending and rude today when I asked him for help. He was dismissive and didn’t want to help me with anything. I heard him being very short with other customers too. Lost my business

Located directly in the middle of the mall, just a 30 second walk if you keep to the right once you leave the west parking lot elevators.Amazing and huge selection full and markdown price, amazing staff.

It'd be better if they actually had something my wife was interested in... Not everyone likes high waisted jeans, and that all you could find in a decent design. Staff was ehh, ok I guess. I think they just expect you to love everything and not want to put things back. They seemed annoyed by that, which made ut much easier to leave.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any of the luxury companies. 30 days to have returns 'processed' when they have closed most of the stores is much to quick. Will never shop with you all again.
