One shop quoted me over $12,000 in repairs, so I came here for a second opinion. I’m glad I did! They were honest, explained everything clearly, and showed me what was actually happening with my vehicle. It turns out I had been misled by the other shop. I appreciate their professionalism and will definitely be coming back.

Ok went for some help with code p129d and this company has no idea how to diagnose a vehicle they just do plug in fixes so if that helps you go for it otherwise complex issues are not for this company. They tried to convince me it was a module that I had already replaced. Went to the extent of switching parts like if I didn't know how to look up part numbers. I have evidence, photos, part numbers that proves every word they said was a lie. I will be sending a review to better business bureau and send visa a letter to check out this company ethics and charges and get my diagnose fee back. 😀
Update 06/13/25
Unfortunately I'm unable to dispute claim with my credit card company. Service rendered is service rendered. Sad that in this day in age we are not protected from conflict. No call from company to say anything about their investigation.

There is a special shoutout to one of the employees, William is great. He is very knowledgeable and he will actually look at the problems that you may be facing. He will focus on the issue and not try to sell you unnecessary information that does not matter in the situation. I came to get my breaks fix after another company told me I needed calipers which I did NOT needed those. He is an amazing employee and will be an amazing instructor to future mechanics!!!

When in doubt, turn to Jacob’s Service Center for great services! I’ve had car dealerships trying to rip me off, asking to do unnecessary repairs on my cars or charging me ridiculous fees. Jason, Roger, Jenna and their associates are honest people and they always put their customers first.

I've been going to Jacob's for like 10 years they've always done a good job My son took his car there though to get brakes done and they forgot to put the bolts in the caliper so the caliper was just sitting there slapping around so lucky it didn't catch and break off and tear the brake line and had gotten into a big accident or something I don't know what to say very disappointed

My experience was pretty good. My car had some serious issues it was taking a lot of time to fix. @ first I was getting a little frustrated because my car was there going on a week, the customer worked with me gave me a loaner car so I could get to work while they worked on my car. Totally appreciate ? the service. Got my car back and it runs like a champ! Love this repair shop ?

I am hugely disappointed in Jacobs. We’ve brought many of our cars here for years on the recommendation of my father-in-law, who is a car guy. Our last two experiences with them we have: been told things have been done, when they have not, have been told there was nonissue when there clearly was, and is. We had a power steering leak That was “repaired” but the hose was not attached, so now we are spending money at another mechanic to get the actual work done, which is exacerbated due to an open hose. We had an issue with our door that we were told didn’t have an issue - and it still does not close. We requested a rearview mirror be fixed, and told there was no problem, and it continues to float unhinged to any anchor. In summation, over a few visits, we spent a lot of money on things that we were told were fixed and weren’t, OR told there was no problem WHEN THERE clearly was. We NOW use another mechanic. Something has changed in their management or in the inner structure and it is no longer the thorough, honest operation we experienced for many years. WHAT USE TO BE:
We used Jacob’s regularly years back, and now do again having moved back to the area. They are, and have always been, fair, upfront, professional and they do a great job. We have no qualms trusting our cars to them.

They are always nice. They break down the prices into labor and parts which is helpful. I've never been overcharged; it's still for a car so sometimes the problem is pricey. In the morning they sometimes have a dog or two there which isn't important to the business, I just really love it when I see the giant sweet dog. He makes mornings better.

Really happy with the work these guys did on my truck. They did a thorough job finding all the issues with it and the price to get it fixed was very fair. I liked how they kept me updated on their progress and all of them seemed really friendly and honest. Already had a pair of new windshield wipers that my technician was happy to put on for me. I’ll definitely be sending my friends here when they need help with their vehicles
