I'm sad to say this is not the same store and the same customer experience that I had 11 years ago.A few weeks ago, my fiancé started visiting JFeder to look for an engagement ring. We had previously discussed a stunning diamond that I had purchased from JFeder in 2012, and how we knew there was a buyback/upgrade program that seemed to make sense for us. Also, I spoke so highly of my experience working with Nat at JFeder years ago, he opted to go there first. He also purchased a placeholder ring for me - with the guarantee that it could be traded back in for 1/2 the value toward my permanent ring.He was given a ballpark for the trade of my diamond, but it needed to be confirmed by the owner before we moved forward. Each time he visited the store, he was promised a call with additional information about the trade. This never happened. He called several times - no updates and no call back. When we were engaged, I also visited the store to look at rings and also inquire about our previous requests for information on a trade-in/upgrade. I was given a very different number for trade-in (several thousand difference) and the sales team then backpedaled saying they would need to speak with the owner. Regardless, I looked at rings and stayed excited, since JFeder was where we wanted to shop.After visiting the store a second time, asking for additional information, and also inquiring about the availability of a stunning diamond that I loved, AGAIN no call was ever made to me after another person was looking at it that afternoon. I can not understand how this is customer service or a way to operate a successful business.I was also told the owner is out of the country and was unable to be reached - but I may have an answer a few days later. Nothing. When I stopped by and asked if there was any updates, and the salesperson said "unfortunately not" and she would call me. No call.What is happening here? This is a horrible way to treat a loyal customer and also a very disappointing business model. I'm very sorry to say we have moved on and made our purchase with a jeweler who provided excellent customer service. We also didn't have to wait weeks for a response or honest trade in value.If nothing else, an apology would be appreciated. And you should take a look at your business practices as they are likely driving others to do business elsewhere.

Jay Feder is, in a word, superb. A stunning array of men's and women's jewelry of all types. Extraordinarily helpful, supportive and informative. I had an issue with my engagement ring so I headed here to get it fixed. From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and helped by a very lovely staff member. I have ring insurance which made it easy for them to call and make the claim for a diamond replacement. The whole process was seamless and I picked up my ring the next week. My ring looked sparkly, beautiful and clean. The woman also offered to clean my wedding band which I appreciated. Come here for all your jewelry wants and needs, you'll be happy you did.

I love Jay Feder Jewelers and really appreciated the time and attention they spent working with me to find an engagement ring. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else and the team here was professional, communicated through every step of the process, and were super kind and helpful. They helped me find the right piece and from start to finish were amazing. I won't buy from anyone else in Denver from now on.

We have been returning year after year for all our needs, at least for 10 years now. (side note: ask for Jamie - helpful, considerate, and expert - just terrific). Great value, unique pieces but can design to your interests too. Strongly recommend!

We were excited to stumble upon the new Landmark location for Jay Feder Jewelers while dining out for lunch. I had a ring in need of repair, and since we recognized the Feder name as one of the best jewelers in Denver, we stopped in to discuss what could be done. We had a fantastic experience working with Brandon on both the repair and an exquisite new purchase! We very much appreciated Brandon’s expertise as a professional as well as his commitment to provide excellent customer service.

Wow! I cannot even begin to express how easy working with Brandon Milner was at the Colorado location. He went above and beyond to find me the right diamond and helped me through the decision process. At no point did I feel like I was being "sold" on something. No telling how many pictures and videos he sent me just to help me. I will always shop through him! Give them a call if you need some great help and service!

Our rings couldn’t be more perfect. Stephanie helped us designs ring and it seriously the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen. My Husband’s ring was his Grandfather’s and it needed some serious TLC. Bulow cleaned it up, resized and fixed the band. So many happy tears were shed when we saw the amazing job they did. They were so easy to work with, knowledgable, and a quick turn around time. So thankful for everything they’ve done for us.
