The employee was polite and friendly. The tables were clean and the service was fast. The totally tuna sandwiches tasted great.

Just got home and my Cubano sandwich wasn’t made correctly. It’s missing provolone cheese and the mustard. I bit into it and immediately knew something was weird. When we showed up to the store at 6:30 PM we thought the store was closed, no seating and they had to go get the meat and veggies. I’m also not sure if they charged me twice for the food because they took my card twice. I guess I’ll find out when I see the bank statement. Not the best experience.

Kaitlyn was extremely rude, rolled her eyes at me twice after THEY kept forgetting to give me what I ordered. I called her out on the eye rolling and she apologized and when she told me she was a manager, I was shocked. Horrible customer service.

Came through the drive thru as I always do. Sat there for a few minutes and nobody came across the intercom. I drove around to find there were 2 employees behind the counter. I walked in, was asked what they can do for me and I started to order. I was cut off and told they didn't have bread and it'd be 5 minutes. Then I told them I'd wait and asked them to confirm it's actually 5 minutes. The lady said "no, it's actually over 10 minutes". Then offered to make the same sandwich on sliced bread instead. I went with that so I could avoid sitting around for 20 minutes. The amount of food I got for the same price was ridiculous. Nowhere near the same amount of ingredients. The employees that were inside were both rude, not customer oriented at all (I'll not even go into how much of imbecile you have to be to leave customers sitting in the drive thru), lying about how much of my time they're going to take.... Ridiculous. I will say, the employees I dealt with, I had never seen there before. Generally I don't have issues at this location. The ladies I normally deal with are not what I would classify as friendly, but never rude. And they always get the job done. HORRIBLE TEAM!! DO BETTER JIMMY & JOHN!!!

Worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Spent 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru with one car of me. Then when I finally ordered the staff was incredibly rude. I read off my order of one sandwich and the worker stopped me in the middle of my sentence and said "can you slow down?" Incredibly rude. Got up to the window to pay and the worker said they were out of French bread? How are you out of bread at a sandwich shop?

There was a woman and two men working the shift on 10/22/2023 at 7:30pm. I just had the worst experience, and I doubt this location will do anything as I see other reviews about the staff here and clearly nothing is changing. I’m used to the location on Havana before moving and it’s a night and day difference in customer service.I first tried to go through the drive thru and was told that the “drive thru was closed” and to come inside for service. It didn’t make sense but I was totally fine with that. My husband, mother in law, and I then went in. There were no other customers in the building. I saw they were looking busy with online orders and I’m very empathetic to the service industry, so I commented on that. Immediately the lady snapped at me and said she’d make our food “if we were really that hungry” before I even placed an order. I was thrown off but her tone and demeanor, and she made it clear she wanted us gone. Both guys didn’t say anything, but one had a bit of a smirk which was also unsettling. I said I felt uncomfortable and we left.

The staff here are awful. I won’t ever come back. They were rude when ordering. Didn’t say a word to me the entire time at the window and had a smirk on her face the entire time. I said thank you and she ignored me so I said it again and she laughed and didn’t say anything. I asked to speak to a manager and she was very unprofessional as well. I also saw the manager handling the dough for bread without gloves. She actually threw her phone because she must have been upset, handled the food, then picked her phone up, slammed it on the table and then proceeded to handle the food again. None of this is acceptable.

Dear Jimmy John's you have definitely made an error in your current strategy of reducing the sandwich sizes keeping the same price. I came to you with an expectation of my previous quality of your product by considerably shrinking the size of your sandwiches the billy club no longer can satiate my wife and I when we split it. What would have been more preferable is to you keep the same size and quality of the sandwich and raise the price to maintain your margins you have made an error in strategy I find this terribly disappointing

Staff was always kind, on time and welcoming until now. I was explaining my experience to a worker and she hung up, all while they were laughing, joking and she hung up on me. It’s sad when staff affects your establishment.

Couldn't find my delivery address and still showed my order as delivered. Had to call or my order was going to be charged.
