Had a great service experience with Thomas, GM of the store. He was extremely helpful and went the extra yard to help me with a return. The store also has a great selection of clothing and shoes.

Absolutely miserable shopping experience. Had to wait 10 minutes just to be helped only to find out they refuse to accept in-store returns despite advertising them on the website. Almost seems like they're intentionally trying to make it miserable until you give in and agree to just ship it back. You're then responsible for providing your own box or paying for one and spending additional personal time driving to a FedEx to complete the return that should have been done in store like every other retailer. If you hate shopping and returns as much as everyone else, I strongly advise you to avoid this store.

I purchased a $200 pair of boots, and they’re already breaking down after being worn only twice. I’ve tried calling the store multiple times, but no one answered. This seems like just another low-quality shoe store that marks up the prices.

This is an absolutely incredible men’s clothing store!
They used to just sell shoes but they have expanded their selection to very classy clothing as well
Their shoes have been proving to be very high quality. I love their dress casual tennis shoes that have been holding up and lasting much longer than expected. I really like their shoe soles as well
I have been slowly swapping my belts out for belts from their store and I like them a lot
I really like their professional briefcases and recently treated myself with a new briefcase for my work for hitting a goal again this year and he quality of it is extremely high!!
To eir selection of dress shoes is incredible and I’ll be back soon to buy a new pair of those for special occasions as well!
This is a must visit store for men!

Store does not accept items to be returned if purchased online, even though this is advertised policy:
“Each order comes with a prepaid return label for free returns by mail, or items may be returned or exchanged at any Johnston & Murphy store, free of charge.”

I have be a fan of Johnston & Murphy for many years spending thousands and always recommend the brand. However, I can no longer recommend a company that is no longer military friendly. The outlet in Thornton CO will be but on notice within my circle.

Johnston & Murphy is one of those old, well established clothiers for men's wear. The have really nice, well made contemporary designed shirts, shoes, khakis, jeans, belts and everything in between. You can always expect to receive excellent service here with knowledgeable and skilled salespeople. It's always a treat to shop and buy at Johnston & Murphy.

I rarely feel compelled to write reviews of clothing stores but I went here recently to find some new wedding shoes. The sales rep, Jordan, was beyond helpful. He helped me pick the right color depending on the suits I typically wear, explained the difference in styles, and then showed me why some belts matched those shoes and others didn't. As someone who rarely dresses up and has no idea what I'm doing in stores this nice, I really appreciated it.
