No one greeted us upon entering the store. The one girl on the floor was hyper focused on helping a couple that had been there and didn’t even acknowledge us even when heading back to the back room and us holding a shoe waiting/looking around.The guy at the register had a funky hat on so I’m going to give it two starts for that. Definitely made my day. 10/10 on the balancing abilities. Finally a second girl came to the floor and she was super helpful. Our conversation literally took 2 seconds.

I came into Journeys looking for a new pair of shoes for my grandson. I noticed a family being helped while I was looking for shoes. So , I was patient and after a little bit, I noticed another employee come from the back of the store and looked directly at me. So I approached her and asked if they had a size 9 in the children shoes I was looking at. The young lady came back with both shoes and only handed me one and said "that's all we have" and only handed me one shoe to try on my grandson. The young girl kept the other shoe with her behind the register. I wasn't aware of the one shoe policy being enforced by your employees can I get some feed back when you all changed to one shoe try on for kiddos, when CLEARLY there was another family trying on PAIRS. This happened yesterday around 11:30am.

My best friends birthday is on Halloween and his name is Krueger. I buy anything and everything Freddy Krueger themed so when vans released a limited drop of Krueger vans I had to have them. I ordered 2 pairs the day they came out and three days later vans canceled my order. I frankly called every journeys around and this store had the size I need. They said the stores only get one pair per size and I bought theirs so they kindly called around for me to try to find a second pair. No where else locally had a pair but their customer service way great! Will use them again in the future.

Actually visited a Journeys store this weekend with my son since both my teenage sons love this place but after this visit we will NOT be coming back. My son decided on some $70 shoes and while going up to pay the employee asked us if socks were of our intrest, again my son said yes to $15 socks. Our total was around $90 dollars and i took out an old $100 bill to pay with, which I had just gotten at the bank earlier that day. The employee told us she would not take my old money that I had to pay with a new 100 dollar bill!!! So where does it say the old 100 dollar bills are no longer allowed to be used to pay, there are security features on all legitimate bills which she could have checked. To say the least took my old 100 bill to finishline instead. Jouneys teach your employees that old 100 bills are still worth $100 and teach them how to check the security features!!!!!

Store opens at 10 AM. It is now 10:30 AM & I have been sitting outside amongst others as they walk up pulling on locked doors. Employee inside store has turned on lights and walked around multiple times but won’t open the store. This has been more than frustrating, I’m actually disgusted.

I had a great experience here, was looking to replace a new pair of Vans over which I'd spilled an entire mug of coffee while watching a friend's place. I didn't want to leave him with stained shoes, so came to this Journeys in the hopes of finding a replacement. The very helpful guy on duty did a search in the backroom, and then offered to search nearby locations for the right size and style. .He ended up finding a pair in the back that had been put away in the wrong location. I really appreciated the time he took and the fact that I was able to replace the coffee-baptized shoes without any trouble at all. Thank you!

Be careful they sell counterfeit shoes and dont want to replace it! Dont recomend!

I have tried to shop at this location three or four times and each time my experience has been terrible. Yesterday I went in with the intention of buying a couple of pair of shoes. The young woman (and a co-worker) would not acknowledge me. I said good afternoon twice and they just looked annoyed. I turned around and walked out the door. They weren't the least interested in taking my money. Although I am a Stapleton resident I would rather go to the Aurora Mall location where the service is better and employees are professional.
