She was a terrible insurance agent. My insurance kept going up for no reason and I was with allstate since 2018. She was very rude and never tried to help. Her attitude towards me was as if she was talking down to me. I have no speeding tickets, accidents, and I'm a good driver. My insurance went from 227 to 364 in a couple months. I will never use allstate again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible customer service :/ never called me back when she promised a same day call back. Not sure if it was because I had an accident my record and she didn’t want to insure me…Nonetheless, being ghosted when I’m trying to bring my business doesn’t make any sense. Maybe next time!

We were their customers for the longest time and had all the insurance thru them. Gradually their service got worse and premiums kept going up. They would not call back to messages I had left or questions I had. One day my home insurance premium was doubled! I called them several time and finally they responded saying because of the location my home is in, it is impacted by other peoples claims in Denver area. So switched to Costco, and their rates are great and are very responsive.Worst thing about K.D. Sakraida Allstate is now they call me everyday and leave messages to get me back as their customer. It has gotten to a point harassment by them. If they will not stop calling me, I will call FTC to file a complaint.

Abolutly awful service. Lied and minced words to try and justify charging more than agreed apon amount. You could do better than Allstate in general but this is a terrible branch

Getting a quote and starting a policy were very easy and all my questions were answered. I like the Allstate app and the perks that come along with the Drivewise program. I am still getting the lowest rates from Allstate (compared to competitors) by a long shot. I'm very happy with the service they provide!
