I've had the pleasure of working with the guys at K Series Parts since they were Club RSX back in the day. I've started, completed and given up on plenty of cars in between that time and they are always there to help. Favorite car was my RSX and even if I had a stupid question, I was able to talk with one of the guys there. They've been around for a long time and I'm glad to know a local place that has great people working for them that are not only helpful but knowledgeable. They'll continue to get my business!

I went through K Series Parts to get my NRG Prisma seats. Steve was helpful with when it came to customer service and answering the questions that I had on payments and shipping. Once they arrived I realized that my old brackets would not work anymore. I was able to speak with their employee Jake about what would be the best base brackets to use for installing the seats. He provided great assistance and I was able to once again get products from them. Overall I always have positive experiences working with their team. Since then I have gotten some other parts through them for my daily 2003 Honda which has also been a seamless process. 10/10 recommendation if you are looking for good quality parts, assistance, and customer service for your Honda/Acura or race car.

Couldn't get the parts ordered online. I emailed them with my concerns. Told me to delete cookies and try again I did told me to use a different browser I did. Then I sent a video of it not working. Finally I called and placed the order. During the call I specified I needed two rear bushings one for each side. I was sent 4 total so 2 sets. Then I was informed that I had to pay shipping to send them back and a 20% restock fee. I wrote a review of my experience on Google with a 1 star. This is the email I received back. BUYER BEWARE

I placed an order for bearings, and unfortunately, the first order was my mistake. I drove to the store , only to find out they don't sell or accept returns at the location. Despite the unused parts, they refused the return. They provided a suppose "correct" part number but charged me for shipping , even though the store is an hour away. Upon receiving the part, it was incorrect. Attempts to contact them have been futile, and their communication is severely lacking. I had to drive back to the store, but they still wont process a return. Now I need to order a new part and incur the shipping charges once more. They haven't apologized for their error. So far, I've gone through three parts, three shipping charges, and still have yet to receive the correct parts.I suggest the company to answer the phone!Edit: they refuse to ship my parts over the review. Again no fault of theirs. Also in reference to "main bearings" why would I be ordering main bearing while I'm showing your sales rep rod bearings. Please learn to take responsibilities. Look into your 1 star reviews all complains are similar. Mike feel free to go on with your fake reply.Hi Miguel,Your most recent order for the bearings is on hold. You need to remove your false Google review that you left with incorrect information before I can process the order or process a return for the other bearings. Competitive pricing and exceptional customer service and knowledge! I inquired by phone regarding flywheel and clutch options for my Honda Element. Online support is garbage... Please use another site. These people will give you the run around and will lie straight to your face . The part I ordered was out of stock and they still held my money from me for 3 weeks before I called my bank... They could have just given me a refund so I could have resourced the part some where else but No they held on to it. This company does care about its customers... (A Big thumbs down)

Placed a larger order, but I forgot to order 2 parts, so I made a second order less than 13 hours apart and got charged for shipping. I sent an email explaining that I had forgotten to add the 2 parts and had to make the second order, I asked if there was any way they would credit back the shipping on the second order, they said YES! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed an order on 8/7/23 at 9:52AM MST. According to their website, "In stock merchandise placed before 2PM MST is normally shipped out the same day." Every item I placed was listed as in stock, including the one I needed the most, listed as having "10+ in stock." I hate paying for shipping but I believed them, needed the part, and thinking I placed the item so early it should have given it the best chance to get it out same day... so I paid $25 for 3-5 business day shipping. It didn't ship the same day and only part of my order shipped late afternoon the next day, leaving behind the one item I needed the most with no updates. I called checking in on my order, I let the customer service rep know and got a nonchalant, "don't worry about it, it will probably ship today or tomorrow." He clearly wasn't interested in checking on it so I left it at that, annoyed at the fact he thought it was acceptable. I get that stuff happens but at least check on it? So days go by with no update. I get fed up and call back early morning 8/10. I explained the situation and the customer service rep again didn't seem very concerned but placed me on hold after I told him that the item said it was in stock. He confirmed that there is no stock issue on the item and said "that's weird, it probably shipped but we just didn't get the tracking info for some reason. I'll check on it and call you back or you'll receive an email with tracking information." I thought I was getting somewhere but I didn't hear back. I was going to call again the next day but then finally received my shipping notification the next morning, 5 days after I placed my in stock order. It had not already shipped out, they just finally created the shipping label for it to get picked up later that day. I am just a regular person working on my daily driver. I didn't receive my part until 8/17, almost a week after it shipped and 10 days after my original order. Unfortunately, this left me without a daily for weeks. I have no plans to order from them again or recommend them. I completely understand that things happen but their lack of effort and making statements about shipping times that they don't even come close to is irresponsible. I can't recommend them.

I had a super bad fuel leak 1 day prior to my dyno tune on my 98 civic. It was leaking at my aftermarket skunk 2 fuel pump hanger. Tuner said we couldn't tune due to the leak. We were able to get the tune rescheduled for later in the week, but that didn't solve my fuel leak problem. I searched far and wide to get the parts I needed with no prevail. I stopped into k series parts, and they had 1 in a warehouse nearby. Steve was able to setup over night shipping for me to get the part I needed before the tune day. I received my part the next day. K series parts is the reason I will be able to finish off the race season! The customer service was amazing. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.

First and last time buying from this place. Customer service is a joke. Ordered a pump and was defective out the box. Took 2 months of waiting and given the run around to get me another pump shipped out. I've been in automotive business for over 10 yrs and have never treated a customer this way when it came to defective part put on a vehicle. Always either ate the shipping or cost of part to keep customers satisfied, honestly don't feel this company does the same.
