I recently signed a lease here with Aliena as my property manager/tour guide. She has been beyond helpful and professional, answering all my questions. Additionally she has been so prompt with her response time. I ended up signing knowing I will be in great hands. Wonderful team to work with!!

SO i stayed at an AirBnB here with a friend along with visiting the Stellar! cafe + bar downstairs and I'd say this has been one of the best airbnbs i've been in to date! The cafe downstairs is Black Woman Owned and Woman Ran! Well at least it was when I was in Denver, and the service there was great, we even had a chance to grab some drinks before we left and were so sad we didn't get to stay long enough to witness the late night parties they throw sometimes on the weekend!Rooms: The rooms are great to stay in the whole time and to relax inNearby activities: Art Galleries, Parks, Great Food OptionsSafety: Very safe here, did not feel unsafe whatsoever our entire stayFood & drinks: Walking distance, but theres also a Cafe right downstairs! Super convenientNoteworthy details: Great location to stay near the heart of the city, especially if you take a scooter or public transit to get around!

My sister and I booked this Kasa for her 21st birthday as a place to stay close to the Denver bars, and the location was perfect for a short 5 minute Uber ride to Blake Street! The apartment was very clean, spacious and charming. We adored it! Plus the view of the city was gorgeous at night. The price was also unbeatable compared to other locations in Denver. Will definitely be staying here again!Rooms: Clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Close to the city for access to great bars and restaurants, but probably not walkable to downtown.

Great apartment in a great location. A lot of great food and drink options less than a 5 minute walk away and everything else was a quick Uber away. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The fifth floor hallway smelled like boiled hot dogs, which eventually began to smell like home.Would stay again.

Dirty beds, horrible customer service, not a real hotel.I booked this hotel through a 3rd party. Was told it would have been a Sheraton, intercontinental, or Hyatt. This is not any of them. The beds were dirty with huge hairs all over them and under the comforters. The tub is dirty. There is no front desk all virtual. When arriving I had to call Kasa customer service, not to get confused with the “The Comma” name. No longer called the Comma. This is not a hotel. There is no amenities. I was frauded by hot wire. Do not stay here. The hallways smell like a college dorm. The area is shady and there is always people outside smoking. There is also a very noisy bar located under the hotel. Spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere with a front desk. I would not have booked this “hotel” if I knew where I was staying. It’s gross and smells, would not recommend to friends or family

Pros:+ convenient location+ good amount of spaceCons:- Noise from the highway can impact sleep a bit so get some earplugs- there's no doorbell so you need to keep an eye out for your ordersMy stay at kasa comma lohi was pretty good. The price is a little high but that is expected for this area. There's plenty of space for travel with friends or family and a washer and dryer is included, though you want to clean the washer out a bit before you use it since mine was a little moldy. Internet speed was around 10-20mbps up and down with low ping, decent for some streaming and some gaming. The view of the park next door and the surrounding area is nice but the noise from the highway can be a little loud so make sure you use earplugs at night. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling alone or with othersRooms: The bedrooms are a decent size and the living room for the two bedroom apartment is pretty large.Nearby activities: Close to downtown Denver so there's plenty to do here.

Everything about my stay here was just right. Location was perfect for where I was going during my stay. The neighborhood was great to walk around. Food and coffee within walking distance. The living area was just right. It felt like a home away from home. This will be my place I stay when I visit again. The highway is right next to it, but I just had a tablet playing music and I did just fine.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.Nearby activities: Perfect location if you are doing some of the tourist stops. Science museum, zoo, botanical gardens, Meow Wolf.Safety: I felt very comfortable walking by myself in the neighborhood. The other people I met staying there were very nice too.Walkability: There is Avanti very close, which multiple places to eat inside. Really neat. Coffee shops are close. There is a coffee shop and bar attached to the building.

Great communication from Kasa and easy to check in/check out.Lots of street parking available around the area and easy to walk to main street (Platte St) in LoHi area and also another 20 min walk downtown from the the Kasa. It's also very walkable to the food hall Avanti which has a lot of different options! It is a bit noisy since it's close to the interstate but more like white noise level of traffic and cars rushing by, so if you're sensitive to sounds I would recommend ear plugs when you sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at Kasa Comma LoHi in Denver. We met our friends from out-of-state and shared the two bedroom apartment...it was the perfect size. The apartment was very clean and well furnished, with cooking utensils and a coffee maker. The rooms were both nice and the beds were very comfortable. The location of Kasa Comma was great, as there are several really good restaurants and brew pubs within easy walking distance from the building. Parking was on-street, but we didn't have any problem finding a spot. There is some noise from the freeway traffic, but it soon became white noise and we didn't really notice it after a while. The price was very reasonable, especially when we shared the cost with another couple. Whenever I messaged Kasa, they were very responsive and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Kasa Comma when staying in Denver!Rooms: Nice bedrooms (2), each with a separate, large bathroom.Walkability: Lots of good restaurants and brew pubs within walking distance.

Easy and detailed check in instructions were fantastic. The room was clean and well appointed with dishes, dish soap, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent, shampoo conditioner and body wash. I also appreciated the extra TP and even tissues. The bed was so comfortable! Loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a Denver spot. The added bonus was it was located a 10 minute walk to an awesome food hall and some amazing bars!

It's always my go to place to stay in Denver when I come. Which is quite a bit. It's close to amazing restaurants, coffee house, walks to bars and pubs. Close to fine dining and up the street is Coors Field. Just over the ways is Empower Stadium (20 minute walk) and easy access to other fund places in Denver.Must stay

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Where else do you get a washer and dryer in your room, full kitchen and a full bathroom? I was a bit skeptical at first but I really love this place. I do service work at the Denver Mint every year and I will definitely stay here again. There was also a lounge with a patio area but the lounge was not open.Rooms: The room was fantastic. The décor was great and I had a great view of the Denver SkylineSafety: Safety and security are great. If someone did manage to slip in the front door they could not get in the elevator it also has a security code. The entryway and patio area are well lit.Walkability: There is a plethora of places to eat within walking or short drive distance.Noteworthy details: Was a bit worried about not having a "Front Desk" but the entry system works out great!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in Denver. The bed and pillows were great! The only thing that would make me more comfortable would be another lock from the inside of the door since it’s only one code to get in.

This is the perfect place to stay in Denver! Centrally located, modern and clean, unique space, great view is the city, down the street from a brewery, easy check-in and out, complete with kitchen and laundry, secure, perfect!
