The Manager of this store, Cailey, and her entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I ordered a watch and when it arrived she called me as it was not in the best condition. She didn’t want me to waste my time coming to pickup something that wasn’t of high quality. She took her time to call around and secure a different one for me that was in great quality. That is above and beyond. Additionally, She was kind enough to go even further and size my watch and 4 additional ones for me. This is service that is not common and not even remotely necessary. If you need anything that is available at Kay, skip another shop and come here. Specifically to this store.

I shopped here. I've always shopped here for my jewelry. When dealing with customers, perception is key. I came to get my new bracelet resized. After already stating I paid for the item, just a few weeks ago, I was requesting as to whether or not I paid for the item. When I stated yes, the worker then asked, so it's not a gift from anybody? If I said yes the first time, asking whether or not it was a gift is besides the point. I bought it. I have the warranty item, i should not be questioned. In this day and age profiling is not okay!

My experience was okay. I didn’t feel acknowledged. Came in to get my ring resized and cleaned. I wish the employee updated me what she was doing, or grabbed us a chair. Didn’t say much.

Had a great experience buying my first pieces of jewelry from Kay jewelers at cherry creek. Matt the assistant manager was very helpful and knowledgeable, also very patient in helping my choose the right pieces. He was even able to price match when the Black Friday sales started. 10/10 experience.

Dianne spent hours with me on my trade-in and she was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgable. I walked out with 4 beautiful pieces - there’s so much gorgeous variety - and was even more thrilled to receive 40% off my purchase due to Black Friday sale being extended in-store.
