DO NOT BUY from the store, buy online instead because all purchases are final including fine jewelry. Very disappointed with the customer service at this store. My husband purchased a couple of fine jewelry pieces for me but unfortunately the clasp on these pieces is so small that it is very difficult to lock it. I even had to ask a person assisting me at the store to do it for me but didnt think anything of it. At the time of purchase no one communicated to us that the store doesn't allow a full refund for fine jewelry. Apparently it's an exchange only. This had to be a necklace for me since it is a push present that represents my son being born and I do not want to exchange for another necklace that might have the same issue. Also reviews for the 2 pieces mentioned how dainty the necklaces are and that they break easily so I do not feel comfortable sleeping in these. I think that their policy should have been communicated to a client making a 1k purchase and perhaps a policy should be different for a fine jewelry vs regular jewelry. Saying that they have too many customers to communicate this to is very wrong in my opinion because 1. I don't think it's that difficult. 2. This store being a regular jewelry store most likely doesnt get customers buying fine jewelry every day. Deceiving policy and deceiving customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store. I have tried to get in touch with their customer service but they simply ghosted me.

What a wonderful jewelry store that gives back to nonprofits. I went to a 2 hour event to support W.O.W. (Women on Wheels). The store was beautifully designed and easy to browse. The employees were amazing and super helpful, giving great ideas and options. I'm sending all my friends to shop there!

Amazing customer service. I don’t have a Kendra Scott where I live and got a ring at Cherry Creek. Had an issue with my order and the manager Ally went above and beyond to take care of me. Love my ring and absolutely will be back!

We had a nonprofit fundraiser event here, and it was so much fun! Each kiddo in our organization made something from the color bar and they were absolutely thrilled with their treasures. The staff was excellent.I have bought jewelry here for friends and they just love it. Definitely my go to for a unique jewelry piece

LOVE Kendra Scott. That said, my cousin and I came to cherry creek for happy hour then to pick out our birthday pieces. Only to find out that they close 2-3 hours before the mall as well as many shoppes around. Our perspective is that staying open later Wednesday - Saturday after people have been happy houring will provide an increase in sales. Bummed.

I came in yesterday to get gifts for my mom, sister, and sister in law for my wedding, and Amy and MaryAnn were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They gave me all of their attention and made it their mission to help me get them the best gifts. I truly appreciated their help, and cannot thank them enough. I left feeling happy and excited to give them the jewelry we picked out! I will definitely be back to get some jewelry for myself! Thank you ladies!

The people working here are amazing! They helped my boyfriend pick a few things for me and then gave us a hand written note with a gift when they realized he was there under unfortunate circumstances. I was so touched. Thank you!! Plus I’ve never bought a piece of jewelry I didn’t love. Kendra Scott is my go-to for everyday wear and special occasions.

THE BEST STORE IN CHERRY CREEK!! Kendra Scott is amazing, but what’s more amazing are the people working there. I think of myself as a needy person and the girls helping me were so kind and patient with me and my millions of questions. Not only were they patient, they were so fun, and it felt like I was shopping with friends. Couldn’t say enough good things about these girls or this store.

My boyfriend and I went into this location to purchase a necklace I have been wanting. Apart from the two ladies working, the store was empty. My boyfriend and I waited for about 15 minutes before someone asked if we had any questions. No one had greeted us when we walked in or asked if we needed help. As someone who has worked in retail, that is incredibly rude. In retail you should greet the customers immediately. The staff was rude. I have had positive experiences here but today really disappointed me.
