I've had an account about a year and stopped in a dozen times, and I've always had a good experience. The mobile app works pretty good and the staff are helpful. Sometimes they're busy and you have to wait a while, but hey it's 2024.

Brittany was awesome greeted me at the door and took care of all my banking problems closing an old savings account and transferring the funds into my checking. Thanks this branch got a new team and looks like they turned it around
