I went here the other night after work, right before they closed and was helped by Michael Sanderson.
I was at a branch in Parker the night before and was very frustrated after I left and had wished I didn’t choose to open an account. Then, after being helped by Michael in this situation that was somewhat messy due to me losing most of my life’s documents in a fire, I realized God had a plan. Michael not only assisted me to the fullest possible (and, a little past closing time) he was also quick in communicating with me and reaching out to me throughout the process!
He’s one of those rare people that God sends to you when he knows your plate is full and you just can’t take anymore-you know, like an ANGEL! I’m glad I didn’t lose my temper the night before and close the account as planned!
If you need assistance, it’s worth visiting this branch and asking for Michael-I also heard the banker next to him that night with the customers and he sounded extremely helpful and pleasant, too!

I started out with Key Bank in May of 2017 with two financial products one being a credit card, and a personal line of credit of $4000. The employees at the branch were okay for the time when I was still living in Denver, CO. then I moved to Minnesota in 2019. My only gripe here is when I tried to increase the credit line that I have with them from $4000 was given the "run around" on how to do it. The credit card I had increased with no problem, but the credit line doesn't have a way to increase it. Called two different branches in Denver as Minnesota doesn't have Key Bank branches. Still to this day can't increase the credit limit on this line of credit, and Key has no clue either. Granted, it is a unique financial product that Key offered in 2017, but still this is ridiculous.

Great customer service very professional I never had any issues with the amazing group of professionals there. They showed a lot of care and I don’t agree with most of the negative reviews mainly dealing with atm issues and phone calls. the ATM outside machines are handled by technicians not the actual bankers.

I made a deposit at this branch, and the buisness manager entered it in. A month later my account was off by the amount I deposited. When I talked to the branch manager about it. He told me my deposit was entered two times in the system on accident and he couldn’t return my funds because I spent it. Told me it was a glitch in the system and wouldn’t be able to get my money back even though they made the mistake. Don’t bank with this branch.

The employees at keybank were kind and offered very valuable information involving my financial wellness. The branch manager is extremely handsome, I will be back.

1went to get my account and routing number for my direct deposit. My account is from Pa. And they add a Co. Routing number . So pay check been lost and been there 3 time 5he first two time was told it was right. 3rd time the young banker caught it right away but now still have to wsite tell Monday to solve.

I am a new account holder, I signed up because of the recommendation from another account holder for a promotion. For completion of my account, I went into the location, I was assisted by an unknowledgeable banker, and the representative withheld information and gave me incorrect information, which resulted in a negative account.

I needed a notary and called to see if they had one. We have an account at the bank. The man on the phone was super helpful. Didn't need to wait long once I got there. The notary was personable and quickly got things taken care of so I could be on my way. Everyone was nice. Really appreciate Anthony and Mark. Thank you Keybank for your awesome employees.

KeyBank is the absolute worst bank I have ever used in my life. The ATM machine at this branch ate my card and gave me a message saying "one moment please" for several minutes, I called customer support and of course it was just a bunch of people in another country who could barely speak english and were absolutely useless. Their only advice was to use another card, but the people at the KeyBank branch convinced me to consolidate all my banking with them so I had to use my emergency credit card to get home. Meanwhile, my debit card is locked because they said the ATM could spit it out at any minute throughout the night. I would advise anyone who is considering a KeyBank account to start one somewhere else, this place has been nothing but a complete mess ever since I signed up.

The KEY to horrible banking stems from this place. Worst Bank on so many levels of dissatisfaction. If I ever find a branch that's open I am making sure my accounts are closed this time. KEY BANK CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

I have been lied to many times by the banker who started my accounts. He said he knew my pin # after asking my directly for it. Come to find out it's illegal for them to have access to it so why was he asking g me for my pin#? Then I call the district manager to report the behavior and he does t even call me back. They have supported him in this. They wouldnt allow me access to all my money denying me a larger withdrawal amount on my atm. They refuse to cash checks for my business clients. The list goes on and on.
