Never even got past the first step. Repeatedly asked Teresa for a quote (six emails exchanged), and she kept ignoring my request and trying to schedule a move date. I even sent pictures of the doors/stairs and piano- still no quote. Why would I bother looking at my calendar if you can’t bother to answer my simple question about cost? Ridiculous.

The movers did a great job - they were on time and moved the piano safely and effectively. The receptionist, Theresa, was really tough to work with - very unresponsive via email and I didn't get an estimated pick up time until the day before - I would have had to cancel the move if it didn't line up with my work schedule. She was also quite rude on the phone and really unprofessional to work with. Her unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism caused me a lot more anxiety than necessary for this piano move. I probably won't be using or recommending this company again.

Don’t trust their quotes and don’t expect the owner to be friendly about negotiating if something goes wrong. I gave ALL details of our piano, the location, and stairs when requesting a quote and scheduling. Then, I was charged DOUBLE when the service was complete. The owner said it wasn’t her handwriting on my account so she didn’t know who gave me the quote and all she could do was refund half of the mileage. I still had to call back the next week because they forgot to issue the check.

I have got to say that this was the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. The customer service was rude and annoyed whenever my husband and I called in to check on everything or ask questions or update information. They never called. I had booked a month ahead of time and no one communicated with me and my husband the process or expectations or anything. The secretary was completely annoyed I even asked if they provide transport of my bench and covers because my last company did not. I waited and waited and waited for over six hours AFTER i had flown in from out of state to move my grand piano because I had renters moving in this weekend and I waited till 5:30p which was already after hours for the company. My husband and I both called four times and received no answer and we had no way of knowing what number to call for the crew or if they were even on their way. I left a voice message to cancel. I scheduled immediately with another company for next day pick up and everyone was kind, and understanding and patient and courteous considering my emergency situation. I could not believe the night and day difference in communication and professionalism from this new company and received a phone call ahead of time for arrival even in a tight bind. Maybe everyone just had a bad week or a ton of people called out sick. But it still would’ve been nice to have been informed as to the situation so I could’ve cancelled my flight or rescheduled a day or two later at a better time. Absolutely atrocious and DO NOT recommend.

I’ve not been able to get a response from them since they took my piano into storage in May- over 7 months ago now. I’ve reached out monthly trying to get my piano back and have been completely ignored.I do not understand, please just contact me? I’m leaving this negative review but am happy to change it upon safe return of my piano.I’ve reached out once more today, if I don’t hear back in the next month I’ll reach out to the police next.

This company was actually hired by the buyer for my baby grand piano. 3 gentlemen showed up to move the piano, and were patient and pleasant. Unfortunately, the piano slipped slightly and damaged my front door.I called the company, and they paid for the repair with no trouble. I wish that the damage hadn't happened, but I certainly stand by a company that does the right thing. For that, I would definitely recommend them. Absolutely no complaints.

We’ve used Keyboard carriers a few times now to move our piano, always punctual and courteous and they take great care of my instrument.

Do NOT use Keyboard Carriers for moving your piano. I am guessing they dropped it, as was was badly damaged when it arrived. They paid for the repair but did not give any discount on the nearly $1000 moving cost.

Keyboard Carriers was chosen by the piano vendor in Connecticut to deliver our Yamaha 48" U1 upright in black satin once it arrived in Denver to the Springs. And, they did a great job! The delivery guys were on time, funny and professional at the same time. I was very nervous about delivery with our steep stairs and hardwood floors, but these guys made it look easy and at all times were just as concerned as me to provide a competent and satisfactory delivery. They came highly recommended by the piano vendor and I agree. I will definitely use them again for our next move!

Having our carpets replaced and needed someone to move and store our piano for a couple weeks. Smartly called the Denver Steinway people and asked them who they use. They pointed us to Keyboard Carriers. I scheduled it. They just came and picked it up. Killer job. 3 guys, knew exactly what they were doing, I was the 5th one they moved today. They are complete experts. I couldn't be happier with how the treated the piano, their knowledge of what they were doing and how they moved it and put it on the van. Their documentation of the piano condition too was great so we can make sure it come back in the same condition that they took it. They will have it for a couple weeks. Will repost when I get it back.

I have used Keyboard Carriers to move my piano many times, over several decades. They know what they're doing, and do it well. They are one of very few that move grand pianos. They keep their time schedule, had 3 men, not 2, and were quick and efficient, while being appropriately very careful, and friendly. It's very expensive to move a grand piano. However, their prices are noticeably lower if the move is timed with other moves, because their truck holds 3 or more at a time. Highly recommended.

Always professional, always very conscientious and careful with your instrument. They have moved my pianos many times over 30 years, and they are the only ones I trust.

Friendly, professional, and efficient. Plus they didn't charge mileage so the bill was cheaper than I expected. They do charge per flight of stairs but I'm grateful they were able to move the piano with no issues at all. Highly recommend.

These movers were safe, professional, personable, hardworking men that we trusted our piano with going up two flights of stairs

They dropped our piano almost two months ago. We were told they would “repair it”. I called them once about 4 weeks ago and be told they will call me back the next day and update the info. - but until now, I haven't heard anything from them.I am extremely displeased with the way they've handled the business
