I love Kiehl’s products, but I felt obligated to leave a one star review after the encounter I had with the store associate today.I have made an online appointment (through official Kiehl’s website) for a facial in-store treatment for Monday at 4:30. The facial is free with the purchase, so I also made an online purchase before I arrived to my appointment at the store for a pick up. Once I got there, I was informed by a very disinterested and a rude young man that they “don’t do facials in store and that it is very weird that I was able to make an appointment”. Of course, I was never informed by the store that the appointment can’t happen, quite the opposite, I was receiving emails and reminders. Then, I asked him if I would be able to get a product that I purchased online since I already arrived to the store, to which he said no, since the order didn’t come through yet (I used reward points, he wasn’t able to honor them with in store purchase, since they are already used for the online order that didn’t come through yet). A complete waste of a trip, zero customer service, to which he could not even offer a couple samples as a “We’re sorry we never informed you there is no appointment and you drove over here for nothing”. I ended up leaving empty handed, without the scheduled facial and completely confused as to how can someone operate a store with no customer service and no respect for the people that spend their money here.

I drive across town to shop at this location vs getting products from ulta specifically because of the level of customer service that I receive. I use ALL Kiehls products for my face and Melissa was able to help show me some new products that would be a better fit for me. Thank you for all of your help Melissa. You actually made my day :)

I came in nervous to admit the issues I was having with my skin but this really lovely employee Degan walked right up to me with beautiful customer service and sat me down and helped me come up with a skin care routine specifically for my needs! This was about month ago and I already feel like I am GLOWING!! I cannot recommend this place and their staff more !

We walked in very interested in finding something for oily skin and wrinkles. The young gal got up from the center area and walked back to the cash registers … seemed much more interested in her phone. Another gal came out and stood flat against the wall. Unbelievable! Most likely a decent sale lost.

Staff is absolutely rude and uninterested in helping or greeting customers. Walked in the store and one associate stood up and walked away, finishing whatever she was doing on her phone. Another associate walked out of the back, stood to the side and never offered to speak, much less help. Then proceeds to walk directly behind us to retrieve an ipad and walked away. Was hoping to get some help on men’s product and left with the same knowledge I walked in with. Must not work on commission!

I have been looking at the original musk for about 6 months now. I walked in to purchase it today. Went up to the counter and an associate was at the register doing something. I waited for about 45 seconds with no acknowledgement of my existence. Walked out without the product. Customer service fail. 2/4/23 about 3:10 pm.

I had terrible experience at Cherry Creek mall today dealing with Jordan the manger. I had a problem with one of the kiehl’s products, and she had no solution what so ever. She called me a liar twice with many insults to follow. I will no longer be a faithful customer to this company due to her unprofessional behavior. This product made my dark circles darker & bigger. It made my eyes puffy. I would not recommend this cream to anyone. I wanted to return this product for credit or exchange and Jordan had no intention of helping me do so. Please be aware.

I got a skin consultation today from a very helpful employee. I felt welcome when I came in and they got what I needed right away. I've been using their products for a couple months now and I can tell you it has changed my skin and hair completely.
